"We thought the tour was with a professional photographer with a professional camera but we misunderstood that. That’s fine though because our guide, Ethan, was fantastic and know so many hidden and cool photo spots and could also take great photos with our smart phones so pictures came out amazingly beautiful. Even though Mariposa Grove and Glacier Point were closed we were able to take some of the coolest pictures at very interesting spots with beautiful views of the valley and Neddler’s Grove. We took over 1500 pictures !! Absolutely amazing tour and all thanks to the great guide. He also recommended great places to visit the next day on our own which we wouldn’t have known. "John was a great guide. He took us for a 6 miles walking tour at a comfortable pace, telling us about the area as we went and allowing time to rest and take pictures. We wanted to see giant sequoias but the Mariposa grove was closed so John directed us to a different sequoia grove. Overall very good experience, would recommend."
