Beach bars, lounge chairs on sugary white sand, and front-row views of the turquoise Caribbean—a day in paradise can be found at one of Cozumel’s beach clubs. Here are our favorites, which provide similar basics, each with their own specialties.

Mr. Sancho’s Beach Club

In addition to the 1,500 feet (450 meters) of beach—one of the longest for a Cozumel beach club—Mr. Sancho’s offers activities like parasailing, horseback riding, Wave Runner rides, ATV rides, and water sports at the Aquatic Park. If you’d rather relax, head to the hammocks or one of the two pools with swim-up bars. The all-inclusive pass features an open bar, buffet, and beach lounges.

SkyReef Beach Club

With its own access to part of Cozumel’s reef, SkyReef is the beach club to choose if you’re interested in snorkeling. Packages include use of snorkeling equipment and beach chairs, as well as a 5-minute massage and a tequila tasting.

Playa Mia Grand Beach Park

If you prefer activities over quiet beach time, head to Playa Mia Grand Beach Park, which features water slides, a floating water park, the Buccaneer's Bay kid’s area, kayaks, water bicycles, paddleboats, sailboats, beach volleyball, a massage tub, and snorkeling above an underwater Maya city.
