Laurel Greatrix

Laurel Greatrix is Viator’s VP of Brand and Communications, overseeing content creation, social media, PR, communications, and branding efforts across global markets. Joining the Tripadvisor team in 2010, Laurel has led global communications for multiple Tripadvisor business units and subsidiaries during her tenure, including Tripadvisor Rentals, Tripadvisor Experiences, Bokun, and Viator.

Laurel has extensive experience within the travel and tech industries including leading brand, marketing, and communications for one of the world’s leaders in robotics and driverless technology, as well as representing international hotel chains, tourism boards, and airlines.
