Do not book this excursion!!!

I would not recommend this tour. First of all the shoved 13 adults in this passenger van with bench seats. There was 4 grown adults in the back seat, thank heavens we were not big people. I said something immediately as we were in the van and more people kept piling in, that it was too many people and the driver and guide just laughed. The AC was not working and we weee all sweating. Also the rear bumper drugged over bumps and as we were going up a winding hill you could hear the fender wells hitting the tires due to 13 adults in 1 van. About 2 hours into the trip the van broke down. From there they did bring a tour van with working ac. There was 3 different types of excursions that they put together as one. 2 of the excursions was for 6 hours. One of them was to include a tequila tasting which amounted to the driver opening a bottle of tequila and pouring it into red solo cups as we weee parked on the street. Our excursion was suppose to be for 4 hours and was to include a silver Opal factory tour. Which turned out to be a a jewelry counter in a flea market!!! Also after our we were hoping to get to the beach before getting back on the cruise. However we didn’t get back in time since we were with 2 other 6 excursions. The driver/guide never told us we were going to be gone for 6 hours with these other 2 groups. When all the passengers were upset when we were sweating profusely we started taking and figured out they put 3 different tours together. We were VERY disappointed in this excursion!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guide was friendly and had good knowledge about the city and sites we visited. You get to explore so much of Acapulco in just a few hours.
