Don’t go if you have dietary needs

A truly disappointing experience. Informing the company beforehand that im a vegetarian and being told on tour that ‘this is not the tour to be picky’ and not having dinner for the evening that is meant to be included. At this point your in the middle of nowhere with no shops open to even try and buy your own food. Dinner was supposed to be a bbq that evening but only 8 burgers were bought for 12 people so had we wanted to of eaten we still weren’t catered for. Breakfast was just as bad dry toast is not an included breakfast in my eyes. They should have said no food included and we could’ve got our own it was awful. We upgraded the accommodation but that only meant to have our own room rather than sharing. The 2nd night was cold and filthy. It clearly hadnt been cleaned and I’m really unsure as to why a tour group would be staying in such motel. our guide had no answers to any questions asked other than what time the pub opened/closed. He was constantly mentioning tips and how much we should give or what we should give. I personally would not suggest this company. It was the worst experience I’ve had on a tour.

Fun Overall - but needs some improvement

The sites were absolutely stunning. The Grampians National Park, Halls Park were beautiful. The Great Ocean road was spectacular (even though we had rain) We were disappointed by the meals. All of them were not very good. The accommodations the 2nd night was not very nice. Also our driver/guide was fairly new to the job. He needs to be more cautious when driving. Drove very fast for the weather conditions and had to stop short a few times. Took some turns at a really fast speed. We did enjoy ourselves though, the group was a mix of couples and singles. All extremely nice and it was great to meet them.

It was fantastic! Amazing route, places, we have visited dozens of viewpoints, but also special places where there were no tourists and most of all the guide: Jiri/Jerry was the best guide ever! He knew everything about geography, biology, history and more and all that in a funny way and on time ;) I loved that trip and for sure I will go with that company someday again.
