My friends and I were very satisfied with the quality of the tour and the service attitude from the GSL team (the tour operator). The team worked very hard to ensure first of all SAFETY, secondly ENJOYMENT, and third a true reflection of what was marketed in their description of the tour. We were picked up at our hotel timely. The boat left the pier timely, the helicopter ride was a bit shorter than expected but we appreciated the fact that there were more than a few people lining up for their ride so in the interest of time we think it was reasonable. The level of attentiveness from the staff was very commendable. They took care of each and every customer on the tour from the "beach landing" to the boat pickup to the helicopter ride to the snorkeling (asking each customer for their shoe size and pick out the flippers for each person). We thought the tour was excellent value for the money also.

An excellent day out. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The helicopter ride was amazing and the highlight of my children’s day. The only downside was we are a family of 4 and the helicopter only had 3 extra seats so we couldn’t all ride as a family.
