Sunset vibes!

I was a lone ranger, it was really lovely vibe, welcoming, comedic banter and a fantastic sunset. Highly recommend for something to do in airlie!

After a half hour Tuk Tuk tour round town, my wife and I decided to take the Sundowner Sunset cruise. Departing from the Coral Sea Marina, our cruise left the dock about 4:30pm and headed out into Pioneer Bay. A glass of champagne or soft drink was on offer, and some nibbles. The picturesque cruise around the Bay Area was very pretty, and as the sun began to set, Robert our host onboard the cruise organised each group to have photos taken on the bow of the boat, with the setting sun as the backdrop. After the sun had set we continued our cruise around the Bay Area before heading back to the marina. It was a very enjoyable experience, and the photos Robert had taken were available on their Facebook page next morning, to download free of charge. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service

We booked the sunset tour the night before. The morning of, we returned 2 positive covid tests. We called as soon as we knew that we couldn't attend. No one contacted us back. I emailed, called, and used the online chat function - no response. I also called the provider - they said it wasn't anything they could do - we needed to take it up with Viator. Not very impressed by viator's customers service.
