It was humid and hot in November ( just a beginning of summer) and I love it.

Great trip with the WhitehavenXpress crew

Highly recommend. Captain Dan, Jess and the guys made us feel like guests than customers, very friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch was great, a typical Aussie BBQ. Boat great, sturdy and no rocking or rolling. Been on 4 trips to Whitehaven beach and this is the only trip where you get time to relax and swim at both ends of Whitehaven Beach.

Nice solo trip

The journey starts at 8h30 and ends at 4h. It takes approximately 40 min to reach the whitehaven beach, if you suffer from motion sickness they do provide medicine. On arrival you can either enjoy the beach ( tbh, was not the best beach I’ve ever seen) or you can go for a walk up to lookout ( you need to have a minimum of physical endurance, 2 km and a lot of stairs) BBQ was nice, you can ask for vegetarian one. Then you proceed to hill inlet lookout which is wonderful!! You can then enjoy the beach that you see from that lookout

Whiteheave X press-The best choice on this holiday

We really really enjoy this trip with X press. BBQ is much more suitable for our taste rather than buffet on the ship. Also, we could enjoy the freedom, choose what we really prefer. We choose not go to first bushwalking’s, staying on the beach so nice. My daughter doesn’t want to leave at all. No rush, so enjoy the time.

Great day out to a beautiful destination. The day was punctuated by a tasty bar-b-q lunch at Whitehaven Beach. The bush walks to the lookouts were absolutely worth the effort of all the steps. Beautiful scenery and with the sun shining, it was an absolute picture!

Small group tour, food was great, though the weather was bad, we’re still lucky to see the beauty of Whitehaven beach and WhitSundays even if it’s cloudy and raining or should I say Wethaven and Wetsundays lol, overall for me, it’s a great experience. I’ll be back for sure.

On this trip you can see whitehaven Beach from different sides: from two outlooks, from the sea and actually standing on the beach. The trip is very well organised. The food is very good: lovely snacks on the boat and a great barbecue on the beach. Ther was time for snorkling. Stingersuits were provided.

I chose this tour out of the many we researched because it was a bargain and allowed 3+ hours of personal beach time. I wanted this time rather than being construed to a strict schedule like other tours offer. Also loved the family-oriented crew on board and how they looked after all of us that day. A very well organised tour with a great, chilled out crew and great offerings.

A great day out - even if we did get a really windy day for 'cruising'! Shane, Terry and Dan were fantastic. Hilltop Inlet Lookout was great. Bbq lunch Whitehaven Beach amazing. Snorkeling and the glass bottom boat were also great.

This was a fun day or snorkeling, site seeing and swimming. The BBQ was fantastic and the tour guides were personable and helpful. Unfortunately, the coral is pretty bleached and we didn't see too many different types of marine life although the guides did their best feeding the fish so they would swim closer to where we were snorkeling. Definitely pay the 8 for the stinger suit. We saw some massive jellyfish. The day was set so it was the perfect amount of activity and time to relax. I would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with this one. Rushed to and from the hill inlet by the tour operator, had less than 5 minutes (of an 8hr day) to take photos over Whitehaven (which is the whole point of going there). The "glass bottom boat" is a tiny window in the bottom of a dingy. Couldn't see a thing.
