I was quickly greeted with a sign with my name after stepping 2-3 steps outside of airport doors. I waited about 10 minutes for transportation to arrive. There was a slight bit of confusion regarding location because incorrect sign was given to driver ( no fault of his own). Mykal quickly reached out to company and issue was resolved in 15 minutes without me not having to make a call. Erick was the driver who did an excellent job with getting us to our destination. Transportation was clean and well maintained.On our way to the hotel we were given the opportunity to stop and purchase local fruit after asking Erick for recommendations. I was also given valuable information about places to visit. I would recommend booking this experience and would use again.

Erick is the best!

Erick was very responsive and was there at the airport ready to go when we arrived through customs. His van is super nice and very comfortable for our trip to the resort. He is very knowledgeable and couldn’t be nicer when answering our questions. He arrived with a cooler of cold water and beer. We were very pleased and highly recommend Erick for your transportation needs. Book it! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing Experience!

Such an amazing experience! Our flight was delayed and we were in customs for 3 hours-we were so afraid that our driver left us. Instead we found Martin smiling with our names ready to take us to our destination! We were starving and he stopped at an amazing restaurant for food. We needed groceries and he stopped at the Mercado! Such kindness and patience! Thank you Eric and Martin for such an amazing experience! I will definitely choose you for transportation when I return.
