The cruise left early and the departure was not in front of Anne Frank as stated in the instructions. The cruise line lovers did not try to help. Another cruise line that actually was located in front of the Anne Frank house provided much better help even tho we had not purchased tickets with them.
Avoid - company oversell tickets and do not care about pre-bookings

We were not able to board at the allocated time despite pre-booking as the company had oversold the tickets and the boat was full. We were told to wait for 30mins for the next boat. It was 0 degrees and we had a 1 year old with us. They made out that they didn’t know how this happened but I’m fully aware this is a frequent occurrence as I read the reviews beforehand and regretted booking with this company! There are plenty others available so I would avoid this as they clearly only care about selling as many tickets as possible whether people have pre-booked seats or not!

I did a different cruise on the canal solo and it was small and quite. This one seemed more like a tour bus full of people. It was booked with and english tour, but it was not audible in english unless you had the headphones on. My previous canal tour had only Dutch and English recordings that were very audible.

The staff was great and very helpful, My flight got canceled and they were able to keep me in the same room, the location is perfect, right in the center, not far from the airport.

Unfortunately the boat was over full despite that I booked 24 hours in advance, we where place outside in the back looking backward, so not easy to interpreted the comments. Beside that it was good

Nice boat ride through the canal, felt it was poorly organised as we were waiting until our time to board but the boat was already basically full before our time had started so we has to sit outside at the back in 2 degree temperature. I think they over sell the boat seats.
