We loved the canal cruise, our guide (don’t remember his name but he was from Italy) told us a lot of interesting things about Amsterdam in general n canals in particular n facilitated a pleasant atmosphere throughout the cruise. Totally recommend this tour :)

Got rebooked on evening Light Festival cruise, which was a great tour around the city, but the guide (Alessandro) was not loud enough and didn't provide information for half of the installations and landmarks we passed. The skipper was more informative in fact.

Poor tour

i have done several of these boat tours which are usually nice and enjoyable but this one wasn’t. We could barely hear the explanation of the guide. The driver was constantly on his phone and the tour made 4 stops that did not make any sense therefore from the 70 mins the tour is actually 45 (or not even). I took my mum on it and i am sad she did not get the nice experience she was supposed to.

We managed to hit a very sunny and warm window right before a thunder storm only because the guide was so gracious to let us move our time of tour up by one hour! Great tour, mainly because both the captain and his assistant were so knowledgeable and so willing to talk to us and answer all of our questions during the tour!!

We had a very nice time on this canal cruise. The crew was very helpful explaining and answering questions. The nice part is you are not trapped under glass like other canal boats. The drinks and service was great. Our captain was William and did a great job.

super gemütliches Boot, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundliches und sympathisches junges Team. Toll fand ich auch, dass wir Wasser inklusive bekommen haben. Gerade bei den Temperaturen war das sehr angenehm.
