Greet your guide at a central Amsterdam location and receive a short safety briefing before climbing onto your state-of-the-art cycle. Set out at a leisurely pace, following your guide along part of Amsterdam’s 250-mile (400-km) network of bicycle lanes.

Our guide, Connie, was delightful and so informative. She even found us fresh stroopwafels at a market to try! She was super accomodating in showing us what we were interested in, and the tour company is great - very accomodating and responsive. Definitely recommend, especially if you are staying anywhere near Leidseplien (sp?) square. The pick up is right next to Vondelpark.

Poor organisation meant shortened tour

Disappointing that the tour was due to start at 10.30am but we did not leave the shop until almost an hour after this. This meant we would miss our next tour so we had to cut this one short. Very disorganised and very limited safety briefing with no offer of helmets and any confirmation that people had even ridden a bike. The hour of the tour we had was enjoyable with a good guide. Just a shame we had to miss so much

We are sorry about the delay. That should not have happened. Can you send us an email directly so we can find a solution for this? Helmets are available for guests who are asking, but in Amsterdam we normally do not ride with helmets.

This was the best way to see Amsterdam and learning about the history, buildings and lifestyle of the Dutch. Our guide was brilliant and lots of fun. We loved this tour so much we rented bikes for the rest of the weekend and revisited the sights on the tour.

Brief—not the promised 3 hours (approx 45 minutes short). Did not stop at local spot for drink. Not fault of tour but there was so much avoiding traffic it was difficult to enjoy the sights.

Our guide (Kelsey?) was wonderful and her ex-pat perspective really helped us understand the city (meaning, she already knew in advance what would seem the most interesting cultural/living differences to Americans). Her love of Amsterdam really came through. There is no better way to know Amsterdam, I have decided, than to compete for road space with the citizens of Amsterdam and the odd grumpy trash truck driver. After this tour, we knew exactly what we wanted to circle back to see in our remaining time there. Long live the Omafiets!!
