We tried to get hold of the guide because we got a little lost and when we got there 5 minutes later they had left. No communication.

This tour was non-stop fun! The captain was a jokester and kept us laughing. The cruise took us thru canals and out to the Amstel River. Food and drinks were good too.

Not a pleasant experience

The pizza was dry and almost no taste. But we enjoyed the beverage and boat ride. What really upset us was not the food or tour, but the group sitting next to us. The whole time, the guy of that couple was bothering people with his rude comments, and the girl was passed out the whole time, and they blasted loud music even when the staffs told them not to do it many times. In the end, the guy insisted on taking the beer off the boat and the staffs told him he cannot do that, and the girl, who was off the boat at this time, took off her underwear and started peeing on the ground. Not a very pleasant experience…

Lukewarm pizza and a trip down the canal. Not much real commentary but unsure if the Amsterdam canals just don’t lend themselves to the expected experience. Plenty of drinks provided. Organisation wasn’t great, asked three different people where to go and everyone sent us in a circle.

Pro: Staff on cruise and food. Con: Did not see city and canals lit up like in picture on website, not guided tour... didn't know what you were looking at, too long... every canal started looking the same. Terrible: Lovers canal tour on site operators did not know where my tour was leaving from. They sent us down the street, then across the street, then back where we started. We spent a half hour walking from Lovers canal cruise departure location to another until we found the right place. BTW, we were at the designated meeting spot.

Not bad it is a good way to see the canals up close but do not expect a tour just pizza and beer. They did point out Booking.coms headquarters.

Very enjoyable 90 min cruise ,excellent staff very attentive Pizza was a little dry for my liking however the drink helped lol Do not rely on the Google link to find out where it starts from as it appear to give unnecessary detours . Simply get to Amsterdam Centraal ,from the main entrance as you look across there is a very big sign that says Lovers cruises that it where it starts. You will probably be advised to wait in the little cafe beneath the sign where you board the barge

Getting onto the boat was quick and easy. East location to find. The driver gave us loads of interesting information with a bit of humour along the tour. We saw sites that we would not have had time to go and see. The only downside is that we sat at the front so by the time we got our pizza it was a little bit cold but still nice. Overall fantastic experience and well worth the money :)

Fab! Liked the commentary from the captain, Amsterdam looks amazing all lit up. Very chill pace and the pizzas were nice and warm. Would have liked quicker bottle service though but both thoroughly enjoyed and recommended

Worst cruise going ! The crew didn’t know where we were sitting and re located us 3 times, food was cold and disgusting didn’t get the pizza I ordered because they had run out apparently worst cruise avoid !!

We enjoyed our canal cruise. The atmosphere when we got onto the boat was lovely, lots of drinks on all the tables and pizzas were delicious. It took a very long time to get onto the boat as the person checking off names was having trouble finding everyone's names on the booking sheet. The only major downside to this event was that there was a group of very drunk people who were loud and rowdy and even grabbed the microphone several times to sing and shout into. The staff on the boat were literally encouraging this behaviour and it made it a lot less enjoyable for myself, my partner and other people on the boat. We did not sign up for a rowdy booze cruise. The group kept being served drinks from the staff which I think was highly inappropriate considering they were already wasted and ruining other people's experience. Other than that, we had a nice time learning about Amsterdam and seeing the sights from the river.
