Best boat tour ever!!

It is the best. Heard from friends that THE Captain Jack cruise was the best. Small and intimate…8 people max. Not one of those with 40 people on it. Jack is great fun and full of knowledge. We bad so much fun we booked a a other cruise for the evening. Highly recommend!

Captain Jack was an excellent tour guide and host! We booked the 8 people tour but my husband and I ended up being the only couple so it became a private tour. We were thankful he didn’t cancel. He shared many fun facts while navigating the canals. Variety and plenty of alcohol and nonalcoholic drinks and snacks. We enjoyed the mini stroopwafels! He dropped us closer to our hotel at the end of the tour. Definitely worth the extra money to take a cruise with Captain Jack.

Captain Jack was knowledgeable, friendly, low key and with his knowledge and the snacks and drinks, this was a very enjoyable evening and worth the extra money. I recommend this tour. Suggestion: go in the late evening and the bridge lights will be on.

We were stranded in Antwerp on the day our trip was originally booked but Jack was so helpful and rebooked us for the following day without any additional fees. The canal trip was such a great experience much of which is down to Jack's friendly nature and amusing and informative commentary. I recommend this trip without reservation.

We had a wonderful time with captain Jack aboard his mighty vessel. He is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. It’s truly amazing to see the city from the canals in a private setting instead of a ‘cattle hauler’ full of people. Full bar and yummy snacks are included. Definitely a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

A very average canal tour that was not worth the price. As we we in the back, outside part of the boat, we could not hear any of his comments as we cruised. We were served drinks as promised, but no snacks unless you were seated inside.

Captain Jack’s tour was great! The craft was waiting for us at our designated time and upon boarding we were given champagne as our first choice. The tour was as if you were traveling with an old friend that loves their city and they wanted to share their secrets and knowledge so you too could pass this on to the next. . Our group was a family of one Grandparent and three Grandchildren ages 70 , 34, 24, and 19. Great cruise and a wonderful beginning to our holiday.

Captain Jack has a great sense of humor and really does make a mean gin and tonic. Taking a private tour on a small boat with a local guide made a huge difference in the quality of information we got. The boat was comfortable and the snacks and drinks were great.
