Bad Experience

Purchased a ticket for my husband and when he went to the museum they would not accept his voucher that was sent to us so he had to purchase another ticket. I reached out to them and they refuse to give us a refund. I would NOT recommend this company! I’ve never had an issue until now! Very poor customer service!

Great experience at Rijksmuseum

Wonderful selection of paintings and plenty of time and space to enjoy them. Amazing to see Dirk Hartog’s plaque from the West Australian coast. The dolls houses were both fascinating and shocking, in their extravagance. Wished you could access the garden for lunch and return to the museum.

Special experience at the Rijksmuseum

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone working there helped: free lockers, a map, a museum app and even got a ticket to the sold out Vermeer exhibit. Next time I will go earlier in the day, (not enough time at the bookstore and cafe)
