I am so sorry that this happened to you. When we spoke on the phone I had no idea what had happened to your driver/ guide either, and I (like you) also couldn't get in touch with him. Very strange! When I spoke to you on the phone that morning, I first apologized and tried to get you another guide, but unfortunately wasn't able to solve this on such short notice, and I gave you a full refund. I totally understand your disappointment and although this is not your problem or your concern, I still want to inform you that the reason that your driver didn't show that day, was because he had a stroke that morning and was hospitalized for it That being the reason none of us could reach him at that time. Again, not to make an excuse, merely to inform you what happened so that you maybe understand that it was a case of bad luck..and not of bad intention.
