The ticket is valid for entrance within that hour depending our departure times. Which means that the a 2pm ticket is also valid at 2:15 or 2:45. Our stewards can tell you when the next departure is.

Departure can be delayed. Our stewards in the bright orange shirts, are there to inform and help you.
A fairly big step has to be made into the boat. Our stewards will assist you with this.
When a lot of rain is predicted and/or the weather is colder than expected, the boat will be covered.
You can cancel your ticket if it rains and you rather stay inside.
If you are unhappy with your experience, please let us know directly. We strive to be the best in Amsterdam, and if this was not the case, we would be happy to discuss a full refund of your ticket price.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The experience was great and I must say the staff on this cruise which is skipper Florence and Host Nadine R was very welcoming, polite and very informative. She willing took pictures for my partner and I. There is a bar also where you can purchase drinks and other stuff. We got there close to the time but the cruise was still there waiting around a bit. Also if you are running late don’t be scared you can show your tickets to the cruise members and maybe catch a other boat trip seeing there are loads of other boats from this same company waiting and ready to take you on your journey. The boat is an open on just like the picture and it felt amazing to see everything out in the open. Thanks again for an amazing cruise Florence and Nadine R

We really enjoyed the boat tour as a perfect ending to our last day in Amsterdam! The guides were amazing as well as the boat which was also very comfortable. The bar is just a perfect addition so we could enjoy a drink while listening to interesting stories and seeing beautiful architecture from the boat! Definitely a "must see' while in Amsterdam!

If you want to sit and people and place watch then do this……so relaxing

The staff were extremely helpful and polite- our 11yr old who has a disability was exhausted due to very hot temperatures that day. We approached staff to ask if we could go on earlier boat and they accommodated our request. The 2 boys on the boat were friendly and fun.

Loved it!! Our guide was super cool and her sense of humor was pure gold, kept us entertained :) I would have loved to learn more about Dutch history :D but still grateful to have had all of my questions answered :-) Definitely recommend the tour!

Ich hatte sehr viel Spaß auf der Tour und hab viel über Amsterdam und seine Geschichte gelernt. Anwar, der Skipper und Michie, sein Sidekick, verstanden es durch Humor, Faktenwissen und Anekdoten uns die Zeit auf dem Boot sehr angenehm und informativ zu gestalten. Und nen Cocktail oder ein Bierchen kann man auch nebenbei trinken, kostet aber extra. Vor mir: 👍👍
