Amazing private tour

What an amazing tour!! Agapios Was so caring and truly treated us as friends and not as people he was making money off. He honestly was just wonderful, making sure to see we are safe with the traffic around. Ensuring that we where comfortable with the topics etc. We only had one hour with you: but could of spent days. It was like travelling and touring with a friend.

This was an extremely laid back tour of the historic red light district with some fascinating facts about the history of Amsterdam and how some of the city's peculiarities came to be. Our guide Catherine was so knowledgeable about the city and it's story and clearly loved what she was doing. We absolutely loved our tour!

The guide was not expected at all and had no knowledge about the topics. He admitted to it. I want my money back. It was ridiculous. The visit to the sex museum was included, but he forgot. I had to remind him!!! It wax really bad

I called to let the tour guide know that the train was delayed and was assured that it was not a problem, the guide would wait for us. We met up with Max and were pleased that due to the tour being overbooked we got our own private tour! We were so pleased with Max during our tour that it felt like chatting up an old friend. He answered our questions and gave us the history of Amsterdam including details that we were surprised to find out. You will have to book a tour with Max to find out what I'm referring to 🙂

Wonderful tour with our guide Tony! Tony is really the best, it felt like doing a tour with a friend. From the start we had so much fun. With this tour you learn so much about the history of the Red Light District and the legalization of prostitution. The tour is at your own pace and Tony was great at answering all of our questions. Highly recommended!

We were expecting a tour of the red light district and museum. We spent ages walking around what was not the red light district and our guide referred to our tour as one with a 'coffee shop' visit (we don't do drugs and did not book a drug tour!) On the whole, disappointed.

Bizarre ervaring

We hadden met ene groep van 7 de "Red Light District Tour + Museum - in het Engels" geboekt. Bizarre ervaring. Gids was kwartier te laat, duidelijk in hogere sferen, hij begon in het Duits en vroeg wat we wouden doen(?). Euh... de tour. De eerste 20 minuten kwam er geen zinnig woord uit, maar daarna werd het beter en hoorden we wel een aantal fijne verhalen en zagen we leuke plaatsen. Naar het sex museum heeft hij ons nooit gebracht. Hij heeft wel nog anderhalf uur pinten gedronken op onze kosten en zijn levensverhaal verteld, om rond middernacht door te gaan naar zijn echte job in het nachtleven. Het was een beleving en eigenlijk hadden we wel plezier. Als is het niet wat we verwacht hadden en was het al zeker geen 357 Euro waard...
