No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin bag packs are allowed through security. Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or 'No Wait' access. Some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this cases your guide will provide the information about this places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies. Beautiful museums, bad guide

The museums were interesting with beautiful work but our guide wasn't great. Her name was Jo and she was combative with other people in the museum. Instead of talking about the history of the art, she kept talking about her interpretation. She was dismissive of anyone who didn't agree with her. This tour was really expensive and she kind of ruined it for my wife and me.

Victoria was a wonderful guide! She was extremely knowledgeable about Rembrandt and Van Gogh and kept us engaged through the entire tour. She even got excited when we asked questions about other exhibits in the museum! It's quite a long tour but absolutely worth it if you want the highlights of the museums.

This tour was just as advertised -- very thorough walk through both museums, close-up views of the work of the Dutch Masters, and an incredibly rich experience. Due to the crowded nature of a popular museum on a Sunday, it was hard to hear our guide at times, even in our small group of 8. But she was certainly very knowledgable and answered all our questions.
