We provide hotel pick-up service for all the locations in the Ring A10, excluding north part of the river (Het IJ). Travelers can take ferry boat to central station from North Amsterdam. We don't pick up from the airport area. One day before the tour, we will contact you regarding our arrival time of your hotel pick-up. We offer pickup service between 8.30 - 9.00. Please be prepared and wait in front of your hotel 5 minutes in advance before our arrival.

We had an amazing experience! Our guide and driver Pete was very knowledgeable and very warm and personable. He took time to explain everything and the drive was very comfortable. The vehicle was clean and spacious. We had a surprise outside the Ptime minister's office as we were walking by the prime minister walked out waived to us and got into the car. Maybe, perfectly timed by Pete! Will definately recommend this to our friends! Thank you to Pete and Viator for making our vacation memorable!!!

My friend and I had a most wonderful day on this tour. Our guide, Leidse, was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and so charming. The small group tour (7 people) was ideal. Leidse got to know us quickly, and he made sure to include information that interested each of us. We had adequate free time in each place, and the tour did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Leidse as the guide!!

Our tour guide Kai was great - personally we needed him to speak slower but otherwise was great. He didn’t make us walk miles to see anything but would drop us off and meet us within a few minutes. Was just disappointed that we couldn’t go INTO The Hague. Overall was a great trip.

Our tour guide Pete is very nice and knowledgeable of the places we visited. He is punctual,respectful and very attentive to guests. This a nice small group and everybody enjoyed the tour. Worth the money paid for the tour. Recommended.

This is a wonderfully designed tour with outstanding stops. It is visually exciting and offers a depth of possible knowledge to all who take it. Unfortunately our guide was inexperienced and spent more time talking about his individual likes and dislikes as well his perceived likes and dislikes of the Dutch people then he did showing us the sights that were available on the tour. Maybe as this guide matures in his role he will shift his focus to the sights of the tour and eliminate his personal views which could be seen as offensive. His presentation should be reviewed and he should be instructed on more appropriate presentations.

Leidse was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. He got to know everyone on the trip and it felt like a trip with friends by the end. The small size makes it nice to get not get bog down with waiting on others. It hits all the major highlights and never felt rushed

While we were looking forward to the trip, we were disappointed in the lack of knowledge of our guide. Also, the lack of on-pace experience....had the guide told us, that in The Hague, we'd have the possibility of going to the Marshuis and seeing the famous Vermeer Painting, we may have passed up the time spent at the Peace Palace, as there was no way we were going in for a tour. Very poor time management, and in fact, I was not confident he knew what he was talking about.

Dear Amy, Thank you for your feedback. This tour is not designed for visiting Mauritshuis. There is only an option to visit during your free time in The Hague. But the time is limited, it is not enough time to have a good visit there. We always suggest our travelers to spend one day to visit only The Hague if you want to go inside Maurithuis to see paintings. We focus on the places where we listed in our tour description, because other travelers like those places more, that is why they book this tour. Your tour guide has lived in Rotterdam and The Hague for more than 35 years. He knows every corner there. and he has only good reviews.
