        The tour of Van Gogh Museum was very good! It takes at least 2+ hours at a bare minimum, and then it is impossible to digest everything. I also liked the fact that the museum had works from other masters who were a contemporary of Van Gogh, and how it was explained that his style was influenced by these artists.

        I live in NY and never go to the art museums. The only one I went to is the Live to see Mona Lisa in the 80's. I went to the Van Gogh and used the audio. It was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and made my visit great.

        Don’t trust Viator!! The night before our tour to the Van Gogh museum, I was notified by email that due to a computer error our tickets had been cancelled. I had ordered these tickets two full months in advance. Your system stinks!

        Having booked in advance only to get there, at great expense and effort, to find you did not get my a ticket, by your mistake and made no effort to fix your mistake. Terrible customer service and unprofessional at best

        Purchased tickets, did not receive the tickets and have not received a refund. I emailed the ticket vendor and was told they did not have any tickets. I was instructed to contact Viator for a refund. I do not see that option. I believe the vendor should issue a refund. I should not have to chase it down. The vendor is the one selling tickets they do not have.

        Totally disappointed. I was informed 1 day before that due to technical problems my tickets cannot be issued by the operator. Could be it is not Viator's cause, but I dealt with them not the operator.
        Never do business with Viator again. The opinion of all businesses we've talked to in the Netherlands.

        Having the tickets we booked for the Rijksmusem and one other Dutch master far in advance ripped away from us at the last minute by Viator. An almost buried "Ooops, Our bad - sorry" was no substitute although we were able to scramble and salvage the Rijks.

        Glad we had our tickets in advance, as the museum was sold out that day. Easy place inside to store luggage and packages, just not luggage.

        The incredible array of paintings by Van Gogh, and the arrangement of the paintings with the informational material and the audio guide made the visit fun. interesting and unhurried.
