Take your own thick gloves tho as the cups are made of ice and the gloves provided are really thin!
Go in a half hour or so early and have a drink, then the place fills up and you go inside the actual ice bar with a group for a couple of vodka shots from glasses made of ice.

The actual ice bar is more like a walk in freezer with some pirate themed decor, you get a token for three drinks, one cocktail before or after you go in the ice bar and a shot and a beer (can also be two shots) inside the ice bar. Non alcoholic is also available. Money would be better spent elsewhere, the atmosphere isn’t brilliant and tbh it’s not enjoyable inside as there is nothing to do beyond feel cold and drink your drinks. Staff are lovely but save the money. Can also get very packed both inside and outside and difficult to leave ice bar area once in.

I enjoyed this activity. It was a unique experience. I would recommend it, especially for the price. Also, the staff is really nice. I would’ve given it five stars, but my drink in the warm bar (while waiting) was very weak. Otherwise, a cool experience.

I think you used Social Engineering to induce us to the mitake. I was trying to reserve a Heineken Experience. You put in the title "Heineken Icebar Experience". When I saw it was later. It was debited and by the time if I cancel I would lost my money. So I went to the bar. I thought it was a normal bar. The value paid is not fair and it has many lines to enter and to get the drinks.

The staff made this experience brilliant. Really getting involved and ensuring you had a great time. Having done an ice bar before this was definitely the best one we’ve done. Drink tokens were a great added feature to the experience.

A most enjoyable evening at the Ice Bar. The people were very friendly and fun. The place is small but they manage the number of guests inside the “ice” bar very well. We enjoyed our drinks and were not at all freezing in -10 degrees C.

You are given 3 coins (2 silver 1 gold) to use for drinks. Small icy room behind a curtain. I asked for cocktail and was refused. It stated in included section cocktail or beer. Only beer or vodka shot available, which I drink neither of these. I was offered orange juice but I refused this. You go to a bar for an alcohol drink. Ended up giving my coins away. Worse experience ever.
