      You can come directly to our school in Jocotenango by tuc tuc for 20 quetzales. Just ask the driver to take you to the "Puma gas station in Jocotenango" and we will be waiting for you outside!

    All of our tours begin and end with an authentic experience by traveling in a pickup truck or a chicken bus. We are happy to arrange a pick up at your hotel, hostel or family accommodation in downtown Antigua.

    From the pickup/drop off in a TukTuk and the whole cooking lesson, this is a must-do activity. The staff are very friendly and explain all the history and background to Guatemalan cooking, Mayan roots, and so much more. The rooftop shared dining experience to chat and meet others was unparalleled. Highly recommended!

    This was a super fun and interactive experience that gave me a glimpse into Guatemalan culture! The instructor and translator were super kind and friendly and they even gave us little shot glasses as souvenirs!

    I was picked up on time at the home where I was staying and taken directly to the home of the cooking instructors. The kitchen was on the roof of their house. There was a carafe of nice wine waiting for us to sip while we cooked. We made 5 traditional Guatemalan dishes…two different stews, tortillas, an appetizer and desert. There was also rice. We are our fill with lots left over. It was delicious. I highly recommend this experIence.

    This was the highlight of my trip. Learned to make dobladas, pepián de pollo and rellenitos de plantain. Guatemalan food isn't prevalent in Antiguan restaurants for some strange reason, so I was happy to have this experience with a great group of people and engaging hosts. It's a food tour, but the drinks were also flowing :) 10/10!

    We had the greatest time in this cooking class. Was so fun for our entire family! The traditional cuisine was excellent, and they were so informative about Guatemalan customs and traditions. The view spectacular!!! Complete with sharing songs at the end of the evening! Thank you so, so much for a wonderful evening.

    If you love great food and like to explore local life, you need to take this class. We were shown how to make local dishes and desserts in easy steps and had great fun and company doing it. We will be cooking these dishes at home. A taste explosion for your senses. We highly recommend it!

    Amazing experience! Highly recommend. Authentic experience. We actually cooked all of the food and was able to learn more about the culture while doing it. The teachers were great and the rooftop is beautiful. The food was awesome. 10/10 rating in my book
