Filiberto number one!
Elisa_P, Mar 2023
What an experience! Thanks to Filiberto and the guide Axel. We were the only ones to take the tour. It is different from the others that you can find online because you have the chance to support a small farmer that really needs help to thrive. You can see how local people live and work. Filiberto and his family were lovely, I hope that more and more people will go and support their work. It will be one of the best experiences in Guatemala!
Every coffee lovers dream!

Incredibly interesting history and production, both our guide and the expert joining us did an amazing job with explaining everything and letting us try and taste anything we wanted to. Very immersive experience!

Bean to Cup

Hands on experience of roasting, grinding and making our own coffee was the highlight of this tour. Filiberto was a kind, welcoming man who was happy to share his knowledge of growing and preparing coffee for the market.

We appreciate you have enjoyed this tour and we hope you come back to Guatemala. Thanks for choosing us.
Fantastic experience!

This was a memorable tour and I'm so glad that I did it! I am not ordinarily a coffee drinker, but I like to participate in these experiences if it's a significant part of the culture. The tour itself is around 3 hours and starts with the harvesting process, then grinding, roasting and finally drinking! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. You receive a complimentary bag of coffee beans and you also have the opportunity to purchase more at 60Q/bag. Highly recommended!

Thanks again for help us to support small coffee farmers. Tourists like you are an important part of the economic growth in our communities.
Best way to learn about coffee in Antigua!

The knowledge and history of Don Filiberto, as well as Axel's expertise and friendliness, make this coffee tour one of the most memorable attractions of our road trip through Mexico and Guatemala. And the coffee is delicious! Thank you for the tour!

Thank you so much for your words, we hope see you again soon. Guatemala has a lot to offer.
Don’t miss it if you love coffee
Boda_T, June 2022
If you love coffee, don’t miss this tour, it took around 2 hours, Delmy my guide was one of the nicest guides I have ever met and we had a lot of discussions and I asked a lot of questions not only about the coffee but Guatemala in general and she was always happy to explain. This specific tour is a good one supporting smaller farmers who don’t have good conditions to plant and sell their coffee but at the same time it is a lot of fun and information about Guatemalan coffee which is the best and smoothest I have tried so far

One of our goals is our experiences change the way you see Guatemala from outside. Thank you for gave us the opportunity to show you a little piece of our culture and mainly our people.
Cafe tour fantastico!
Jill_S, Apr 2022
We enjoyed this unique tour very much. Farmer Filiberto described the various parts of the coffee bean, described the life cycle of a coffee tree and how he grows his plants from seed. He described how the various roasting times influenced the different coffee products. We then watched while his wife toasted, hand ground and brewed some of his coffee beans for us to enjoy.

We would recommend to couples or small groups any time of the year.

We had a wonderful and informative tour. We were picked up at our hotel and taken directly to the center of town to start the tour. A little bit of a hike, so wear comfortable shoes.
We learned a ton about the local community as well as how the coffee is grown and processed. We loved that we were able to support a local grower and the personal attention.

Thank you. We are so glad that you allow us to help this community and we hope you would come back some day to have another experience in Guatemala.
Excellent tour!

Get your hiking shoes in for a trip up the hill on a very informative coffee tour. After the fields we were delighted by a home visit to roast and grind the beans giving us a lovely cup of coffee!
Our host, Marta is one of only a few women growing coffee in the area. We highly recommend the tour company who work with small communities giving back from these trips.

Axel and Marta were really great! Knowledgeable, no rush, very kind and friendly. The cost of the tour goes to the local farmers and families, which is awesome. Definitely buy a bag of Marta's family farm coffee. ❤️

Informative, nicht kommerzialisierte Tour
Niklas_K, Mar 2023
