    We will pick you up at your specified address in Antigua City Center for transfers TO La Aurora Airport. Seasonally we run FROM La Aurora Airport to Antigua. Please inquire. In those cases, we will pick you up outside of the arrivals hall, on the right side, where Cafe Baretto is. Please present your voucher to the driver.

Right before your trip yesterday a big issue happened on one of the main highways which caused a detour for all the heavy transport and lots of traffic on the route you took. We're so sorry if the ride was rough because of that. Thank you for using our services and we just advise all of our clients to always plan a lot of time extra in case of traffic or delays so you don't miss a flight.     I got to the airport on time at 4am, however the driver was not correctly informed about our meeting point, that I have discussed over the phone on the previous day with the lady in the office. Finally the driver have found me on the meeting point.

    The experience was average. I booked a shuttle for 7am and they showed up at 7:20, just as the description had said might be normal as they pick up other passengers. However, I was the first one to be picked up. We did not end up leaving Antigua until 8am. Just be prepared to have a late pick up. The driver had extremely heavy bass with music playing the entire trip, I couldn’t hear my own music. That being said, I did not request that he turn it down, must just be a preference thing for early morning.

    The only good thing was that he was on time and early. So apparently because of the rain that had to put us in a smaller car “to keep our bags dry” because of the rain. He drove wild in the rain and then when we got to the airport asked for extra money when I had already paid online. Bad service.

    I booked a shuttle and input my hotel (pickup location). The online system accepted it and I when I went to confirm the reservation the driver said they don’t pick up people from La Valeta and I would have to make my way into town with my luggage. The shuttle service was rude and said if I don’t meet them they’ll leave without me. I even offered more money to pick me and they refused. If certain locations aren’t available for pickup that should be noted on the booking function. I am requesting a refund as I had to end up taking a taxi.

    Hi Honora, Viator let’s you input any address, however, our listing clearly states that we collect from the central area of Antigua only. When we received your booking and saw that you were staying outside of Antigua’s center in another village, we contacted you and let you know the alternatives for pickup. You were loud, rude and quite nasty to us and unwilling to travel into the center for pickup. The shared shuttle picks up others as you know and cannot visit each of the surrounding villages or it would take hours to pick up everyone. We’re sorry you didn’t travel with us, but frankly, you had the option of coming to the center for pickup or booking a private taxi and stubbornly refused both while screaming at our staff. Best of luck.

    The team running this was a friendly, decent bunch. It is a fairly long journey (with a change of bus at the border), but everything was smooth, including the border crossings. Great value for what u pay for.
