    Nothing really special about this one. Guide Luc was OK but no real excitement in the stories that went along with the buildings or statues. Could have dine this with a guide book. Acency agreed to pickup st hotel when booking and day of said hotel was not downtown so they would not do a pickup. I fixed it with a short cab ride but this was poor performance.

    We had a fabulous tour with Luc. He is a great guy and he loves his city. We now love Antwerp. We had a nice train ride from Brussels and Luc was able to meet us at the train! We started our tour right at the platform. Perfect day

    Flip did a great job at customizing the tour for me on the spot. I am interested in history and photography. He had a great historical narrative with interesting stories that progressed through our walk and he also made stops where I could get some good photo opportunities. Great for anyone who loves history and wants to get to know more about Antwerp. Highly recommended

    Luc D. Gave us a fascinating insight into Antwerp with his great local knowledge. Lots of historical footnote delivered in a fun and friendly way. Especially the quiz as we went along👍 won’t be giving any clues as too how high the Cathedral tower is 😂 fabulous tour Luc D

    Beren was our guide on this tour. He is a young graduate student who had studied the history, politics and culture of the country and answered any and every question we threw at him. He was pleasant and personable, and we enjoyed our time with him. I will say that, due to no fault of his, his tour company gave him bad information about our meeting spot and we got off to a late start. My confirmation from Viator clearly said he would meet us at our hotel, but he was told we were meeting in a square some distance away. It put him under stress to get to the correct spot, and it cut about 30 minutes off our tour which wasn't made up at the end. (Not blaming him for this. He has a life and had other things to do.) I hope the tour company does a better job in the future giving their guides the correct information so this doesn't happen again.
