The meeting point is at the corner of Mallorca and Marina St., just outside the subway station. There are 3 subway stations surrounding Sagrada Familia, the one you are looking for is on Mallorca St. There is an elevator at the place. You have to look a guide with an IBE TOURS sign.

For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Near public transportation
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.

Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.

Absolutely not recommended for anyone with even small mobility concerns.

It does get warm here even though it was October so stay hydrated.

Our tour guide had great knowledge about the building i.e. church and she managed to show us the great light effects that are in this church. She answered all questions and did also a very good outside tour. I can recommend this tour if you are interested in the history of the church. We also did the tour. This note is for those who have difficulties going steep stairs down, because there is only an elevator going up, there is no extra light in the staircase hallway , but the views are exceptional.

Incredible design. Note on Towers.

It's not 'Fast Track'/skip the line; There's still a line to wait in. We waited for guide to purchase the tickets for the group then went through the group line. The guide, David, was good: thorough explanations. There should have been a Note in the description on the Towers. You go up in an elevator (7 at a time), and then must walk down (single file) a very narrow spiral stairs. I would not recommend if you are a person of size. It was 450 steps down, and the width was approximately 28" (73 cm). After the tour you can wander about, take more photos and go to the museum. Below there is a museum. At the time we went on a Monday afternoon, room with Gaudi's crypt was closed until 7pm so we didn't see that.

The tour guide was very good. The one reason for the 3 stars is because I bought the tour with towers only to learn during the tour that there is an elevator that takes you up to the towers but then you have to walk down the entire way. We were told is equivalent to a 30 story building. I could not do that but I had paid for it. That part truly sucks.
