Stunning place to visit!
Lynn_L, Sept 2023
Our tour guide Joseph was wonderful and very knowledgeable! The cathedral was stunning inside and out! We highly recommend this tour.
Beautiful and Breathtaking!
Kimberly_F, Sept 2023
Worth the money to skip the long lines! Joseph was a terrific guide. Only suggestion is to make sure people know it is A LOT of walking with little break.
Good Tour!
Monica_L, Sept 2023
Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained what we were going to be doing and seeing every step of the way. She made sure we all stayed together so no one would get separated from the group. All went smoothly. I would recommend this to anyone doing this for the first time
Park guell
Gail_Y, Sept 2023
We became dislocated from our guide when he left group for short time. He had no sign to hold overhead and blended into large crowd . Finally got back with him after at least half hour
An experience not to miss.
Theresa_S, Sept 2023
Great informative guide who made it easy to navigate through the crowds and provided invaluable details about each site.
First timers in Barcelona had the Gaudi experience
Syd_J, Sept 2023
The wonder of Gaudi was wonderfully captured in Park Guell and Sagrada Familia conjoined tours when we first arrived in Barcelona from a Viking cruise. Marcel gave great insights on the man, his religious motivations, and passion for capturing the creator’s nature in his man-designed works.
Marina was the best!
Wayne_U, Sept 2023
Marina was an excellent guide. Her explanations of the history and features of Park Güell and La Sagrada Familia Basilica were thorough and interesting. She did not overwhelm with a flood of info as some guides do. Highly recommended.
Park Güell ad Sagrada Familia experience was awesome!
Angelita_V, Sept 2023
Tour guide Raul was awesome! He was very informative. We were late but he accommodated us. He also made sure to explain every significant details at the tour.
Brava Marie Carmen, our tour guide
Noah_W, Sept 2023
Marie Carmen is BRILLIANT! The Parc is sheer delight and the Basilica is Devine in every sense of the word. Julia tour co. Is extremely disorganized and inefficient.

Great guides for both tours. The history lessons were nice as well. A definite must for any trip to Barcelona

The tour guide (a young lady) for Sagrada was very good. The tour guide for Park Guell (an older man) did not have the most fluent English, and it turned me off that he said 3 times he is from Barcelona, the capital of "my country" Catalonia. He should be keeping politics out of a tour.

Kathryn_C, Sept 2023
A lovely experience and highly recommend it because both venues are very busy. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable.
Probably wouldn’t do again.
Erin_P, Sept 2023
We were sold a “private tour” which turned out to be with 20 other people. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging though. The meeting spot was lame. The girls working at that address didn’t want us waiting there for the guide and we’re super rude. My husband didn’t know he couldn’t come back into the museum after the tour with our backpack. A guard almost tackled him and it was alarming! Wish the guide would’ve told my husband he couldn’t go back in with a bag!
Fun tour
Matthew_G, Sept 2023
The guide was excellent, so knowledgeable and made everything fun and easy to listen too. The sights are truly amazing
Excellent tour! Book ahead and avoid disappointment on not getting a ticket.
Lori_C, Sept 2023
Tour left on time and our guides were very well spoken and educated on both Park Guell and La Sagrada.
Not well organised
Gail_M, Sept 2023
The two places were wonderful however, we are told that we have a bus that brings us from Guell Park to the Sagrada Familia but... the bus drops you off at a 15 minute walk from the Sagada. In our case, we had parents with a walker and some with other walking problems. We knew we were walking in the park (which is ok for a while) but we should have been informed of the distance between the bus drop off and the Sagrada, we could have taken a taxi for them. We were told that the buses are not able to drop us off at the Sagrada however, the Hop on Hop Off stop is right in the back of the Sagrada. That would have been better for us. And to top it all off, we have to walk pass the Sagrada to get to the office where they give you the second set of tickets to visit the Sagrada, took a lot of time. I suggest the employee accompanying us in the park and on the bus should have the tickets to save time and walking. Unfortunately, I would not recomment taking this tour.
Response from Host, Sept 2023
Dear Gail_M We're sorry to hear about the challenges you encountered during your visit to Park Güell and Sagrada Familia. We appreciate your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Regarding the bus drop-off location, we understand your concerns, especially when traveling with individuals who may have mobility limitations. We will review our communication to ensure that the walking distance from the bus drop-off to Sagrada Familia is clearly conveyed to our guests. Your suggestion about providing tickets to our guests on the bus is also noted, and we will explore ways to make the process smoother and more efficient. We genuinely value your feedback as it helps us improve our services. We hope you can give us another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future. Sincerely,
Too much down time and not worth the cost
Tara_P, Sept 2023
Our tour guide was very nice and shared some good information about both sights, but it was not worth the cost and time investment. I would instead recommend just the Fast Track to La Sagrada Familia (and only if it’s high season). You can get into Park Guell on your own for only $10 Euro and do it at your own pace. At the end of the park tour we had 20 minutes of “free time” which ended up being a 30 minute wait for a bus, then for some reason rode the bus to a tour company office that was 8 blocks away from La Sagrada Familia and walked to a second office that was more nearby. After this, we had another hour of free time before the tour. Overall, it was just too much waiting time and not nearly worth the hefty price.
Book it!
Ami_B, Sept 2023
Absolutely loved this tour! It was very educational and information was broken down in an easily understandable way! Our guide Manu was amazing!! Highly recommend her! She was funny, easy to understand and very informational! I feel this tour really covered these sites well! Everything was well organized, we did not have any issues! Highly highly recommend!
No Air Condition on Bus
Angela_R, Sept 2023
The only reason for the 1 star rating is the bus that drove us from Park Guell to Sagrada Familia did NOT have the air condition working as advertised in the "what's provided" section of this tour. The tour guide was wonderful and I enjoyed the park and the cathedral. But I know that Viator/ Julia tours knew this bus did NOT have working air condition when the bus arrived to drive us. I am considering cancelling my next tour with them because I worry about the same experience in the heat of Barcelona. Although the drive on the bus may not have been far- it was far enough to make me feel physically overheated and unhappy when I arrived at Sagrada.
Response from Host, Sept 2023
Dear Angela_R, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent tour from Park Guell to Sagrada Familia. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning on the bus during your journey. We understand that this can be uncomfortable, especially in the heat of Barcelona. Please rest assured that we take such matters seriously and will investigate the issue further to prevent any recurrence. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience on your next tour. Best regards,
Be prepared to walk!
Fran_W, Sept 2023
Raul was out guide for Park Guell and was very informative. He kept the pace maintainable as there was a lot of walking. Great tour. The one issue I have is the bus DID NOT a take us from Park Guell to La Sagrada Familia. It took us to a drop off spot and we had to walk very far to the Julia Travel office to wait for the 2nd guide to then walk us to La Sagrada Familia. This walk was uphill, and pure torture. Especially after walking Park Guell. Our 2nd guide for La Sagrada Familia, I don’t remember her name, but I didn’t enjoy her commentary. It’s one thing to interact with your group, but she was too over the top for me. I enjoyed seeing La Sagrada tho.
