As your cave tubing tour begins, your friendly Smart Travel Belize tour guide will take you through Belize City and onto the George Price Highway toward Jaguar Paw. This will include a brief history lesson as we make our way to our destination. At Jaguar Paw you will enjoy both the rainforest and the underworld of the Mayas as we hike for about 30 minutes through the rainforest. Your guide will point out different medicinal plants and their benefits that were once used by the Mayas and locals today. At the cave enjoy the refreshing cold river water as you float through the cave system and relax as you enjoy listening to rainforest come to life. When we are finish tubing, guests have the option to sit and enjoy a delicious plate of local food along with natural juices or sodas before returning to the city.

Our wonderful guide Tarique was so knowledgeable and took great care of us. The caves are gorgeous and so relaxing. There is a walk to the caves but it was an easy walk.

This excursion was awesome! So good! Absolutely blown away. We had a private trip out to caves. It’s a bit of a drive to the park, but wasn’t bad. Inside the park there are vendors selling water gear, souvenirs and even tasty alcoholic drinks served in a pineapple cup. The hike to river isn’t bad at all. The cave is pretty epic. Way cooler than I expected. You can even cliff jump at a spot inside of the cave! The ride back was great and we even got a little tour of Belize city. I cannot recommend this excursion enough! It was an amazing experience. Will do again if back in Belize. Thanks

cave rafting and rum punch

Omar called hotel night before to confirm I was still going since others had cancelled and there was an increased price.. Had a great time, got out of the tube and hiked short distance to see Mayan pottery shards. Stopped for a delicious lunch of stewed chicken, rice and beans. After tubing, Omar made me a batch of rum punch. I then reserved another tour with him.

Amazing Journey

On Cruise stop to Belize we singed up for a Caving tubing trip. We were picked up on time in a comfortable and air-conditioned car. Our guide was Omar who explained all of Belize history and the caving system. Everything worked out perfectly.
