Driver never showed up

Booked two shuttles since we had 4 people and the max online was for 2 people. The driver never showed. Waited for 1.5 hours and tried to contact through app. Took a taxi for half the price.

We got stood up. We arrived at the airport and they never showed up to pick us up. We called and the phones were shut off. We even had someone who worked at the airport call and they couldn’t get in touch with them. We had to spend extra money to get to our destination because they never picked us up

Good Airport Transfer

Our driver was waiting for us outside right after the customs checkpoint. He provided water and good conversation for our ride to the hotel. Benjamin was very knowledgeable about the area and local culture. The van was very outdated and the AC was lacking a little but all in all was a good transportation to our hotel.

Nous avions commandé et payé de Paris une navette de l’aéroport de Bélize City à notre hôtel. Personne n’est jamais venu. Notre hôtel a tenté de les joindre par téléphone. Impossible c’est un répondeur auquel on ne peut pas laisser de message. Nous espérons ne pas avoir de problème avec un remboursement dont je m’occuperai à notre retour
