Auner the tour guide was very knowledgeable!!! First, he picked our group up at our Vrbo rental house which was in Phase 3 (outside of town). It was hard for taxi services to get to the Vrbo house but Auner found it very easy. The WhatsApp is very handy and I sent the manager the vrbo house location via that app. We was a group of girls (5), loud and proud! He was very respectful. The girls wanted to eat lunch in between tubing and the ruins. He kindly took us to a tiki bar/restaurant on the way. The history on Altun Ha was interesting to compare to Lamanai Ruins that we had seen several days prior. He helped us understand the culture and differences in the timeline of the two ruins. I would definitely recommend Auner as the tour guide!

The tour operator was responsive and able to get everything adjusted when the cave closed due to rain. We instead did horse riding. Our driver James was very nice. The tour company did a good job of making sure everything went well and coordinating everything. I did feel that the tour total was a bit expensive at first when we added in the horse riding, however, our driver drove us 1.5 hours in one direction and then 2 hours in another and then 2 hours home so I get it because the gas is so expensive there… plus we went to a farm where the horses seemed to be healthy and treated well so that’s good too.

Amazing! This tour is 8 hours, not 4. Our tour guide Auner was the best! He knew EVERYTHING about Belize & made our experience better than we expected. We even stopped at a small hut on the side of the road to taste wine on the way back!

This tour was super fun. They can pick you up from your location in the morning if In Belize city and that makes it so easy. The tour ran super smoothly. Jeremyn was the guide who went with us but all of the staff was amazing. We went to the altun ha ruins, zip lined, and cave tubing. I was not a great zip liner and the people at the zip park were so nice and even went with me through the zip course. They all made it extra enjoyable and made sure we all had. A wonderful day. The guides are super knowledgeable and shared all kinds of cool history and facts. Loved it. You have to take this tour.

Best Tour Guide for the nervous

Aunor was the BEST tour guide ever!!! He was great at calming my nervous cousin who pretty much lost it at the 1st cave. He was also super patient with our kayaking skills or should I say lack off. Great views and a great experience!!!
