The beautiful crystal-clear blue water and the whole lobster for $15 US was nice. All our shopping on the island was VERY reasonable as well.

Rude operator. No meeting point and no response to inquiry. Lots of waiting around. Unfriendly. No water. No tarpon feeding. No beach. Just a hot concrete pier. This tour was nothing more than an expensive, cramped water taxi.

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience.
But the tour is to just take you to the caye caulker split for the day so you can spend time. In our detail we said island, and Not Beach.

Avoid this Splash Wave tour company . Suppose to start at 8am. After 2 1/2 hours still waiting for tour to begin. Waste of time. Staff on-site totally incompetent and uncaring. Fortunately, got my money back.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Ignoring my messages about confirming my pick up, I had to call several times finally they changed my date , they picked me up took me to a boat dock told me wait here about an hour for other customers from a boat??, then 30 min later they canceled my whole tour. Not happy!

We waited over an hour for the boat to Aye Caulker. When I asked about the apparent delay, Stacy responded that she'd already told me our trip wasn't scheduled until later. I'd not spoken with her. Once we did go out, the trip was uneventful, but the "beach" was a small area ~1,000sf with concrete walls on three sides. Nothing else to do except buy food/drink and a couple of small trinket shops. The boat was over half an hour late, and when it arrived, Stacy told us they were waiting for us - when we were sitting at the dropoff spot waiting for them.

We waited for pick up for 3 hours then decided to book with another company. There was NO communication and no one answered our multiple calls or chats. This tour company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT BOOk!!!!!

The island was good, beautiful place like most of the Caribbean, but I would not recommend splash wave tours, very unorganized and made you wait over an hour and took chances in a small speed boat, didn't seem to care how long you waited, would not recommend them to anyone.

Very unorganized start. Sat around for an hour waiting for boat. Rum punch in description misleading as it was only on return boat ride. The guides were knowledgeable and curtious. Had a good time.
