    Amazing experience

Amazing time!! Great guides and great experience! There were a lot of sharks and stingrays for swimming!
    Nice excursion
    Ida_K, July 2023
Would like some more time with the sharks and the rays. Kind of rushing back because someone else was hurrying to Get to their ship. Apart from this a perfect day and really nice experience
    Stingrays and sharks

We had a wonderful time. Stacy knows allot about the under water life and the Country of Belize. This excursion exceeded my expectations.
Neat idea but too many people
    Thomas_N, June 2023
It was fun to swim with the sharks and rays. It was a bit wavy and windy so the bottom was a bit stirred up and hurt visibility. The problem was there were too many people on the boat and then in the water. We were constantly bumping into people. Be aware that it is a long boat ride to the snorkeling sites
    Snorkeling in the coral...

Snorkeling in the coral garden and feeding sharks/sting rays and carps. To improve more time to snorkel and less on the island
    Overall Fun
    Holly_H, Mar 2023
Overall, the trip was great. Snorkeling was nice, and loved swimming with the sharks. On the boat ride over, we encountered dolphins, so that was pretty cool. We fed the tarpon (so?) fish also. What I didn’t care for…the two small children that were on the trip. They should not allow 2-4 year olds on this trip. The boat ride there and back is about 45 minutes. We got to enjoy the crying toddler on the ride over. On the ride back, guess who sat next to me? Yep, the toddler family. So I was continuously getting bumped and stepped on. Fortunately, the boat didn’t have equipment small enough for the children, so they didn’t snorkel. That may sound a little harsh, but know this is coming from a parent of three. (My children were not on the trip.). We ate lunch on the island. Lunch was nice, but didn’t have time to explore the island. Not really the boat staffs fault, more related to people staying in water after being asked multiple times to get back on the boat. Kinda what you get when going a group of people.
    Great trip!

Great experience! The team is super and ready to help if you have any questions. The ride was very smooth.
Amazing swim/snorkel with the nurse sharks and rays!
    Randall_L, Mar 2023
We love snorkeling, but we had never swam/snorkelled with the nurse sharks - that was amazing to be in the water with these incredible creatures! We also loved the rays. The snorkeling area was beautiful - crystal clear water and beautiful coral - not a ton of fish, but overall enjoyable. We have had lots of snorkeling experience, and it did seem a little bit of a nuisance to have a group of 27 people trying to stay so bunched together - had to really watch for out to not be kicked! The lunch break on Caye Caulker was enjoyable, and we enjoyed exploring the island a bit. There was some confusion on the lunch being provided - most of these excursions seem to provide a basic lunch, but there was fruit snacks and rum punch on the boat after the snorkeling. There was also a stop to feed the tarpon; that was a fun addition to this excursion. Ollie was a great wealth of information as we boated to the locations (about 35 minutes each way), and the ride was very smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this excursion!
    Legendary tour!!

Our family had an amazing and memorable time!! The tour guides were very informative and gave us the time of our lives with an experience all of us will treasure the rest of our lives. We recommend this tour to everyone we know!!
Way to many people, coral garden was breathtaking tho
    Michael_W, Jan 2023
I had mixed feelings about this experience. The coral was amazing. Logistically getting there was a mess. We met at the checkin point and the tour operators crammed 37 ppl onto a boat. We had two people in our party that didn’t show and it is good that they didn’t. I don’t know where they would’ve sat. We traveled 45 minutes by boat to an island to change and preorder lunch. We stayed there for about 15-20 minutes. The tour operators scrambled to find snorkeling gear for everyone. We boarded the boat again, then traveled another 20 minutes to the coral. Stopping along the way to meet their sister boat to get more snorkeling gear. When we arrived at the snorkeling spot. We snorkeled for about 30-45 minutes. The coral was absolutely beautiful. Then we piled back into the boat and went to see the stingrays and nurse sharks. This was a mess. There were so many people, mixed emotions between fascinated and terrified, that all the sand was being kicked up. My wife, daughter and I finally got out because there wasn’t much to see through the cloudy water and people were simply rude, just crashing into each other. We took a 20 minute ride back to the island and hung out for 20-30 minutes so those who ordered lunch could eat. There was only one restroom at the restaurant. My wife and I sat on the dock and enjoyed the beauty. We loaded back in to the boat for the 45 minute ride back, and the boat ran out of gas about 100 yds from the port. One of their sister boats towed us in to the pier. I’m pretty easy going, and while the coral was beautiful, I’ll opt for another trip next time. The logistics were a mess. The staff was friendly, and did the best they could.
    Unbelizable!
    Rebecca_H, Dec 2022
This was an absolutely fabulous trip! I would recommend it to anybody. The waters were beautifully clear, warm and perfect to swim and snorkel in. We were able to see many stingrays and sharks at very close quarters! Coral reef was incredible. All of this was made perfect by the guides who not only were witty and good company but also very knowledgeable. Thank you for a great time in Belize. Unbelizable!!
Thank you for an amazing experience

    FULL REFUND requested
    Tim_G, July 2022
REQUESTING a full refund. The guides never showed up. They never contacted us. the only way we found out is that we pursued them to find that they were not showing. We ended up figuring out how to do it on our own.
    Trip didn't happen :(
    Sara_R, July 2022
The company did not show up, nor notified us of a cancelation. Locals suggested that it may have been because a cruise ship that was supposed to come in did not, and thus the snorkel trip may have been canceled. Poor business practices. We took the ferry to Caye Calker instead, which was also disappointing.
    Amazing Experience!!
    kelli_G, June 2022
Amazing!! We had an awesome experience snorkeling and eating lunch at the island of Caye Caulker. All the people we meet were so friendly and the reef snorkeling was just amazing. Can't wait to return!!
    Not a pleasant experience
    Gianna_R, May 2022
We were supposed to go on the snorkeling excursion,, the tour rep never picked us up and sent someone else that wasn't a part of the tour to let us know it was overlooked. We were very disappointed. This was the only thing we planned to do.
    Great excursion
    Taylor_S, Apr 2022
Super fun excursion!! We were supposed to start at 9 and ended up getting on the boat by 9:45 ish. We drove by boat for 40 min to caye caulker island and ordered lunch for later. We then drove out from that island 5 min away to snorkel the huge reef and I have to say, it was beautiful. I’ve snorkeled a lot, all over the world and this was the best snorkeling I’ve ever done. The reef is HUGE!! The guides are very knowledgeable and will share alot of info about Belize, as well as the wildlife in the water. The first stop for snorkeling was about 45 min. After we saw the reef we drove about 10 min from there and met the nurse sharks and sting rays. They fed them right before we all hopped in the water so they would swarm us. It was amazing and we were there for about 20 min. I would never usually book a snorkeling excursion bc you can do that anywhere for free, but swimming with the sharks made it so worth it. After we snorkeled, we went back to caye caulker and ate lunch (had about 50 min) and walked around a little. There wasn’t much to see in the area where we ate lunch. Overall this was a GREAT excursion hosted by amazing people!!
Unreliable who cancels at the last minute
    Nora_B, Apr 2022
Do not use this company!!! They canceled on us at 9pm the night before. We thought it was because of the weather so we rebooked later in the week. They sent us our ticket and confirmed our pick-up spot. They canceled on us at 4am when we were supposed to get picked up at 8:30am. They are unreliable.
Our guide was excellent. It took over an hour for us to finally get out. out on our boat.
    Michael_T, Mar 2022
The entire time out was fun. Totally loved it. Beautiful location and plenty of things to see under water
    Stacy and crew were...
    Dorothy_S, Feb 2022
Stacy and crew were great, BUT, we lost time when they waited over an hour for a group. Then they had to pick up a couple that was late again so my wife and I lost a lot of time at the ports. That might stop future recommendations in the future
