Not only was my driver promptly waiting for me, but he and his company were in contact with me via WhatsApp before I even arrived in Belize City. The drive and the conversation was pleasant. Several days later, coincidentally I even bumped back into my driver while I was adventuring toward the Guatemalan border, and we chatted and wished each other well.

Our driver Edwin was great! Our flight was delayed by two hours and I was afraid that our driver would leave us. Thankfully when we made it out through customs, he was there waiting for us! Our drive to our hotel was also about two and half hours and he was pleasant the whole way. Gave us a few tips and got us there safely.

Martin, my driver was waiting right outside Customs at the Belize airport for me. The 2 hour trip to my hotel in San Ignacio just flew by! Martin was a wealth of information on Mayan culture, general information on Belize, and recommendations of what to see and do. He is such a pleasant individual and I would suggest asking for him if you can. This was the easiest and most hassle-free transport from an airport that I've experienced in any of my travels to any country. Definitely go with Viator.

Arrived airport at 130 pm, but had to wait for another couple who were coming at alater flight at 4 pm. Luckily, their flight arrived early, so saved 30 min wait. Viator and sub contractor did not explain properly that shared mean from different flights that arrive 2 hours apart. You are better off booking from the hotel or get a guarantee in writing from either viator or their contractor. We had to spend about 29 min international call to viator. Imagine, if the other flight arrives late!!!

This was less a transfer and more of a half-day driving tour of Eastern Belize. The driver was very quick to point out different sights along the way and gave us lots of flexibility to see things en-route. We had a smooth, calm ride the whole way.
