Absolutely fantastic excursion - make sure to ask for Ryan

I have to say that of all the excursions we took that week this was by far the best. Not sure if you can request a specific guide but if so, make sure you ask for Ryan. He was so knowledgable about all things Germany and took us on a journey thru history that was very engaging, fun and informative. My only complaint was that things felt rushed at times but there is not a lot they can go about it if you want to see everything. You will not be disappointed, fantastic Country and a phenomenal tour!!! Thanks Ryan, you were the best!!!

The tour guide Walid was excellent. I would rate him a 5-star. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city, friendly and funny. He provided a lot of history about the city of Berlin and the various number of monuments and sights he took us to. I only gave 4 stars for the overall tour for two reasons - (1) there was no WIFI on the bus as advertised as the modem was damaged by some kid the day before, and (2) I thought the walk to the gay bar for drinks was not necessary, could have used the time spent there for more sightseeing.

One of the best excursions we have ever experienced. Mostly because of Boris, our passionate and well informed guide. Add to that a great driver, Olof and a beautiful city - absolutely fantastic! As it is quite far from Warnemünde Port and therefore result in a long drive of 3 hours (times 2), it was still worth every cent and every minute. The lunch stop was great (not included in the price). Thank you all! It is a great deal.

Berlin stay too short

the trip is not as long as Viator claims "5-6 hrs in Berlin if there is no any traffic delay". Our trip had no any major traffic issue but still took over 4.5 hrs to get to Berlin and over 3.5 hrs back to cruise. We actually had only 3.5 hrs in Berlin which included 40 minutes lunch. I would say it can't be 5.5-6 hrs in Berlin under any circumstances.

Hi Patrick, thanks for sharing your experience on our Berlin shore excursion. We’re sorry you spent so much time on the bus. Unfortunately on the day you visited part of the highway between Berlin and Warnemünde was closed as a result of construction works taking place on a bridge en route. Ordinarily, the journey should take approximately 3 hours. Due to diversions our drivers were forced to take that day it took around 4.5 hours. Again, we apologise, but the circumstances were beyond our control, and, as stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot take responsibility for the shortened tour in Berlin. Ordinarily our guests comfortably have between 5 and 6 hours in the city. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your cruise, and we would love to see you back in Berlin again. our driver and tour guide Taylor provided us an amazing tour of Berlin , interesting places, HItler's history , death and place he killed himself. The tombs of Jews he killed , Berlin history, Berlin Wall , one stop Charlie , etc. he is a knowledgeable tour guide with expertise of Berlin considering he is from Australia.
