This bus takes too long to get around. It’s like a waste of time I would never want to do it again I can’t recommend it at all. Sorry to be so negative but your time here is limited and you spend a lot of money to get here just find another way to get around. This takes too long.

Sorry to hear that you found our tour too slow. Please understand that we operate a SIGHTSEEING tour that is not necessarily designed to take you from A to B by the quickest possible means - for this taking the subway or other trains would have been the better option.

I would choose another company as this one had ling 29 minute stops at times . One time the bus broke down and no one came up stairs to tell us which meant i missed another tour i was heading for that i had pre paid. I understand that technical difficulties happen but if they had told us what was going on i might have had time to catch a taxi. when I confronted them about it one of the employees was screaming in my face

Obviously, this can happen to any bus operator. The lack of communication from our staff is inexusable of course and we'll have words with the employees involved..

Was great, you buy and get your e- tickets on line and they count the 24 hours from the first visit at any stop. You can Uber to your nearest stop to start your tour. You download the app. & follow the bus. On main stops, you have friendly employees with a flag to help you. Berlin is big having this bus is almost a must

Thanks but this is simply untrue. Big Bus offers a bus every 15-20 minutes and the other 4 operators offer a similar service. As a 'day' sightseeing operator, naturally our tours will need to finish sometime and that is around 6pm. We do have actually have an evening tour that operates later. Our timetables and operating hours are very clearly displayed on our brochures, our website and on our app. Apologies if this information wasn't clear enough.

Thanks. What you did was our live guided evening tour which is done in english and german to cater for the variety of tourists we get in Berlin. We do have fantastic Hop On Hop Off day tours that come in up to 16 languages via headphones so this might be a good idea to invest in next time.

A must do if you stay in Berlin

Not only were there headphones provided to listen to important facts and history of the attractions and the local area, but on my bus there was also an awesome driver who provided additional information regarding the sites. The Special Olympics World Games was on during my time I stayed in Berlin, and this affected the bus route and the attractions passed, but the bus driver was clear on the alternative stops and the audio was updated to advise of the sites/route. There were also helpful staff at the stops on the red route to assist.

No audio on first bus. Visitor print out of stops completely different than big bud map given. Such a waste of time for planning. Audio does not tell you points if interest that you are coming up on. Went by Checkpoint Charlie without a word. This tour was saved by helpful big bus ladies on the sidewalk.

Apologies for our shortcomings. All our buses have commentary through the provided headphones and we currently run a 20 minute service. There might have been some delays due a demonstration of which we have had many recently. Big Bus Tours has a fantastic app with live location of all our buses as well as expected arrival times which would have been useful to have.
