Didn't get to go because the company tour driver didn't show up, nor contact us to let us know they were not coming. We waited and waited without any word. Then once again, we rented a vehicle. This is the second day this company left us stranded . The employees at the cruise do ck had not even heard of the company! Don't use!!!! Not reliable

My wife and I had an amazing time on the tour. Our guide Val did an incredible job showing us sites in the Hamakua coast that we would have missed if we had gone on our own. He was very knowledgeable and also flexible in asapting the itinerary based on what we wanted to see. We would definitely recommend.

Val was a great and informative tour guide. Stopped at additional waterfalls that weren’t even mentioned in the tour description. Went to a farmers market and got some fresh fruit for our hotel room. Even though going into Waipio valley is now blocked we could still get pictures at the overlook. Malasadas were delicious! Great that it was private for myself and my fiancée.

From history to local sweet spots, we never lacked for conversation or a yummy treat (Malasadas!) Val kept us filled. Also, we have mobility challenges. Very poorly organized and asked for tip. Didn’t even stop for lunch until asked for it at 3. Appreciate the enthusiasm of the person but I don’t think the trip was worth the money. Only water is included in the trip.

This was an amazing tour. The tour guide, Val, was so knowledgeable and customized the tour to our liking since it was just the two of us. He introduced us to unique foods to the island. Even bought us leis for our 60th birthday celebration! The sites were beautiful. Highly recommended!

It was a very private tour, driver plus my friend and I. Driver was very friendly, pleasant and attentive and you could feel he really loves what he does. Would recommend! Side note: be prepared to get soaked, it rains a lot in this area.

From start to finish Val made sure that our experience was perfect. I booked this for my mom’s birthday and he arrived with a beautiful lei for her. He was so knowledgeable and was always willing to take pictures for us (there were a lot) he even recommended a great place to eat lunch called Pineapples. He not only was a great tour guide but great company that me and my family enjoyed! Definitely recommend this tour. Val gave us a fabulous private tour of the islands waterfalls sugar and coffee. Most memorable: we traveled down a winding road lined with banana trees to see a temple and an old harbor with a black sand beach and such blue clear water. I didn't think he could outdo Rainbow Falls, however Val took us to a waterfall that he said not too many people go to. I believe it was more beautiful than Rainbow Falls. We enjoyed the white pineapple at the farmers market. We enjoyed stopping for Masaladas too.Val was very accommodating to my husband and I with our limited mobility. He was very knowledgeable about the islands and answered all of our questions. We would have him tour us again. Thank you.
