What To Expect

Set sail in the morning from Keauhou Bay for your snorkel cruise. Enjoy a tropical breakfast onboard as you cruise along the Kona coastline and approach the turquoise waters of Kealakekua Bay.
When your boat reaches Kealakekua Bay, snorkel alongside colorful fish with provided equipment and onboard instruction. Slip down the boat's water slide, jump from the high dive, or float along on one of the many floatation toys provided.

A delicious lunch awaits you after snorkeling. Afterward, your boat will make its way back to your departure point in Keauhou Bay.

BEST TOUR!

We had so much fun with this Tour. The Crew was very attentive to the guests making sure we all comfortable and safe during our Snorkeling. The Breakfast, Lunch and Snack were so delicious. We cannot ask for more, BEST TOUR! Next time we go back to Kona, we will use this company again.

The crew on the Fair Winds were superior to any other snorkeling tour we have been on. My husband was able to see because they have prescription goggles to wear. The snorkeling was wonderful and very easy to get on and off the boat. Food was great too! Overall truly an amazing experience.

This was a relaxing low-stress tour, as the crew was very organized and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Before boarding we were provided our snorkel and mask, and pmineral sun screen. Throughout the whole trip, the crew was friendly, helpful and caring. As novice snorkelers, the instructions given just prior to swimming was excellent. Seeing the coast during the ride was beautiful. I highly recommend this tour.

PRETTY COOL SNORKELING SPOT

We are snorkelers and we try to go to a snorkeling spot on every trip we go. But we are very skeptical of what others call great spot. Captain Cook Monument area did not disappoint. The guides were knowledgeable and cool. The service was great and the boat in great condition. The time allotted for snorkeling was perfect! It was money and time well spent. We highly recommend it.

Fun snorkel trip - but it was a bit crowded at the site. The crew was friendly and helpful. The captain was awesome! I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan meals. The boat had everything needed for a fun time - slides, high dive, snorkel gear, tubes for floating - and lots and lots of sunscreen

This is a must if on the big island. Staff is great and everything you need is provided (don’t forget to bring a towel.) Food was great and all plant based. Morning coffee was a life saver too. Water is amazing. Snorkeling is fantastic. You can jump off the boat and water slide into the water. Boat was sold out but didn’t feel too crowded. I paid extra for Snuba and thoroughly enjoyed it. Give yourself enough time to park up the road a bit, it’s the last building on the road for checking in. Enjoy!!!

Everything was very good; efficient check-in, professional crew, great stories about the land & heritage, snorkel gear with distance adjustment, fishes (way better than Costa Rica), the slides and seeing a large family of goats trek it up the rocky hill. The only thing i would recommend looking at is the plant based food. 2 things; a) the chick pea recipe needed more flavor and b) the ability to have 2 cookies or purchase more. The cookies were very delicious but small. Overall, I would rate this a 4.4.

It was a beautiful day, with a very great staff. The food, water slide and snorkeling provided many activities for all ages! The spot that we went for snorkeling did have a lot of other tourists, but not so much that you couldn't snorkel, just not a remote destination or anything if that's what you're looking for. Tons of beautiful fish, though!!!

Wonderful experience. Wife's first time snorkeling and she enjoyed it , said it was the best experience she has had so far on the BIg Island. Crew was amazing and breakfast and lunch was very satisfying. We will definitely do this again when we return to Hawai!!!! Well worth the price !!
