No Not Use This Company

I will not refer or use your service again. We were suppose to get a welcome sign with our names on it when arriving along with some type of necklace to go around my neck that did not happen, and I paid extra for that. The driver was nice but The company is false advertising

My kids were traveling alone for the first time and I booked this to make sure they had reliable safe transportation. The van never showed up, or possibly left without them. There was no one to take our calls when we tried. It was late and they were left standing at the curb for almost an hour until an Uber came right as the airport was closing. Thankfully an officer came and checked on them, he also noted that this company is notorious for not showing up at the Kona Airport. I should have done my research.

I booked this for my daughter and her husband on her honeymoon ONLY because they provided leis. The driver was great, but they forgot the leis. I immediately called them but they had no way to give them to them. Disappointing.

If it weren't for John from Kona Taxi's this service would be getting 0 star, but I gave the 5 stars for John from Kona Taxis, he was personably and understanding, I understand my plane was late in arrival but I arrived solo at the airport without a transfer, they had my flight details and should have known this detail, the operator on the phone was equally upsetting me while it was quickly getting dark waiting an hour for my transfer to the hotel where my family was. Thank you heaps once again John.

We were on a long deserved and overdue family vacation and I had confirmation and reservation numbers for my family of seven’s transportation from the airport to to our beautiful resort hotel as well as our transportation back to the airport for out return trip home. The trip from the airport to the hotel was great. It was on time and the driver was awesome. He gave some history of the island we were on and we found him quite entertaining and informative. When it came time for our trip to end and return to the airport for our trip home, I decided to call a day ahead of time to see if I could request the same driver. I never got to ask because I was informed that there was no reservation for our return trip from the resort to the airport for our flight home. I provided my confirmation number, my reservation number and the fact I had already been charged for the return trip. I was told I would not be left stranded and that I would receive an email confirming the arrangement that I already paid. I received nothing. No email, no return call. I had the feeling my family and I were going to be left stranded. It was a roughly 30 minute trip to the airport. On the day of the trip back to the airport the shuttle never showed. Gut feeling verified. Horrible experience. I was assured my family would not be left stranded and an email would be sent confirming the arrangements I made and paid already. Nothing! No email and no call. However, an apparently more reputable shuttle service did step up and took care of my family and they got us to the airport on time and it was all done at the last minute. I will not be using Viator or SpeediShuttle services again. Trip Advisor would be well advised to reconsider some of it vendor management options when suggesting shuttles services to its customers as I was informed these particular service providers are known for this happening to others, causing major inconvenience, delays and missed flights. Those are not the memories anyone or any family should have when reflecting on and sharing their vacation moments with friends, family and loved ones. I have been to this destination a number of times and will be using the service that saved my families vacation memories on this trip from now on.

Unfortunately the Speedy Shuttle was anything but speedy. After a 2 hour wait and calls to Speedy Shuttle customer service, we ultimately cancelled the shuttle and took an Uber. Kudos to Viator for promptly issuing my refund.

There was no instructions or signs to know where to meet your transfer. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. I was told to go to the middle median and wait. The transfer is Speedy Shuttle and my driver arrived 20 minutes after the call ended. The saving grace was the driver Boy who was very nice, professional, and informative.

Viator, what happened to your reknown service experiences?

What happened?? It's my first time in Hawaii so I picked a trusted travel partner, Viator, who I have used throughout the world in Lisbon, London, Spain, etc to arrange airport transfers and excursions. There were multiple issues including a Viator staff canceling all of my arrangements two days prior to my arrival (thank goodness I saved the confirmation numbers). After rebooking everything, I arrived at the airport and didn't see him waiting by the other drivers who were picking up people; there's no signage or information on where to meet the driver. Fortunately he did call me to ask where I was (after about 15 minutes) and I was taken to my hotel. My ticket included a Lei, he didn't have it and said I would be refunded. On the drive there he didn't engage in discussion. Perhaps I'm used to the conversations from my Lyft drivers now. He was gracious and helped with luggage. Not a great first impression to this beautiful state. I also learned that a colleage booked this same service and was left stranded at the airport because her flight landed late. Fun fact: my boss also booked thru this service and instead of the shared ride experience, a taxi was called instead. This is not the Viator I have trusted for years. I hope my next excursions are exponentially better. Please update details on what to expect upon arrival for future clients.

Did not have a greater, no contact from driver when I arrived of where they are. Phone number closed. No response from driver when reached out to. Found a long way off in the dark, dark van, no lights on. Tried to drop at wrong hotel. Van was very nice, driver was polite, very affordable. Would recommend if they simply communicated where to be picked up at.

Upon arrival the driver did not greet us with Leis as I paid for but instead gave it to the other couple on boars. Instead of making it right he argued me down that we didnt request leis although it was on my voucher I also presented as proof. I called the 3rd party I went thru Speedy Shuttle and they showed my reservation to include leis so not sure where the miscommunication was. Then they dropped us off at the wrong hotel entrance so we had to then wait and catch another shuttle. Just an overall bad experience for the price we paid. We actually could have Ubered to the hotel.
