An air-conditioned shuttle will arrive directly at your hotel for pickup, and a friendly driver will ensure that you are delivered to the airport in a timely and comfortable manner. This service is available at any hour to work with your specific flight times. The shuttle seats a maximum of 12 travelers, to guarantee minimal stops.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very nice driver, funny & engaging. We expected a shared ban but it was just the three of us so we ended up with like a private car. Nice vehicle, very competent driver (the pickup address was a little tight & tricky.) Our driver managed it very well. Great experience… mahalo!

Okay but a little strange. The driver was concerned that I was looking at the sunset. He kept telling me to stop looking at the sun. Told me it wasn’t good for my eyes. I am an adult I think I can handle what ever comes from it. Whole experience was strange.

The shuttle was actually a little early. I arrived at the pickup location 20 minutes early, I proceeded to the checkout desk while I was waiting since it was still early and must of missed the driver. Fortunately, I was able to communicate with the driver and he was a few minutes away picking up a few other passengers. Much better than my arrival that did not show up at the airport at all and left me stranded. Someone dropped the ball and although my credit card was charged, speedie shuttle claimed they did not receive confirmation of my ride so it was cancelled. Nonetheless, my departure was decent and Gary got the group to the airport quickly and safely.

Once arrived to our beautiful hotel Royal Kona Resort, my wife and I were in Paradise. Beautiful trees, plants and flowers throughout the property. The ocean views were amazing and the culture and people there made you feel welcome. Downtown Kona all in walking distance with plenty restaurants and shops to visit. Our shuttle ride to and from airport was on point and time. Great communication on pickups through phone. Had no worries about missing our ride. I would highly recommend viator for transportation needs.

My wonderful driver picked me up on time with great communication. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions along the coastal drive to the airport.
