Family Trip

This was such an amazing experience! We took our two teenagers and they had a blast. All the incredible sea life we were able to witness will be something we will cherish forever. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The lunch was very tasty as well. Highly recommend this experience!

Captain Bob and his whole crew were wonderful. The scenery, dolphins, snorkelling were amazing but we were really impressed with the care the crew took to make sure that the passengers had a safe experience and that we all looked after the ocean and it’s inhabitants. A really great trip. The food and service were amazing. Thx guys and gals for a great day!!

This was a fabulous excursion - my teens had the best time! The crew was extremely accommodating and made it a safe, fun outing for all. There was a lot to do at the snorkel site. We loved the slide, jumping platform, and floaties. Breakfast and lunch aboard the ship was good. They had a full bar and mixed up smoothies for the kids. On our way back from snorkeling we saw whales. The captain was extremely patient, waiting for them to come up out of the water so everyone could see. He was also very knowledgeable about them. Lastly we saw a pod of spinner dolphins when entering port. Again the captain took time and let us all watch and provided us with fun facts. It was just a very fun, relaxing time. Would definitely book with them again!

Staff and crew were amazing, saw no dolphins at all so that was disappointing, snorkeling spot there wasn’t very many fish but it was fun to swim and get off boat and hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather, breakfast and lunch were great, I’d definitely recommend to Friends.

This was an amazing snorkel trip. Even if we hadn’t seen amazing fish (which we did plus a couple of whales) we would have had a great time. The staff make this trip! Safety talk was hilarious but memorable. Service was exceptional - the best I have ever experienced on a guided tour. the staff are interested in your experience, check on you every 40 minutes or so, bring you drinks, pick up your garbage, I felt guilty by the end! The boat is in great shape and not overcrowded. Highly recommend! I’m a tough reviewer because I’ve been on many of these trips. These guys have it down!

This was SO worth the money. Best way to snorkel. We saw a ton of fish with very little effort involved. Crew was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to get us complimentary drinks (soda, juice, water) and were so nice at every turn. I would recommend this to everyone… passengers old and young were able to participate and it seemed like absolutely everyone had a blast.

We had a great time! Crew was great, helpful and very safety conscious! We saw numerous whales, had great snorkeling and the food was good! So much to do with the slide, water toys and jumping off the ship😜. This was the last day of our trip and was the perfect choice to end our vacation on a high note!

The crew was very nice and Ellie, Makayla, and Captain Rob were standouts and made the trip so enjoyable with all of the other crew as well. The snorkeling was great as well as the slide, high jump and other toys they had. Lunch was also fantastic. We even got to see a whale.

The captain in the crew were awesome. They made sure that everyone on the boat was taken care of, whether it was getting a drink, food, or the gear needed for snorkeling. We got to see a few whales along the way, but unfortunately, the surf was rough at the snorkel site. Invisibility was minimal.

The staff were incredible! They were funny, stuck up conversations, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The catamaran was nice, swimming/snorkle gear in great condition, and great food! I understand you can't always guarantee to see wildlife, but the snorkeling location wasn't the best. We saw a few school of fish, but nothing more. There are other locations where there's always something to see. It would have been a 5 star if the snorkeling location was better.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. I was really worried about some of my family members because they can not swim but they were okay and even got in the water with life jackets on. Even though they didn't know how to swim they had an amazing experience and had so much fun. And the icing on the cake was how nice the lifeguards were. Highly recommend it!

This is very good experience. Snorkeling is very fun, but to me, putting on life jacket is much better so I don’t feel scared when I see the water is really deep and enjoy more to see a lot of beautiful fish under the deep water. Lava flow smoothie tastes very good. All crew staffs are very nice and helpful 👍🏻. We also got to see whales and that was very exciting. I definitely will recommend it to my friends! Thank you!
