Best day we had in Bora Bora

It was amazing. The vibe, the snorkeling with sharks and sting rays and the beautiful beaches. Everything was great and I highly recommend this tour. It should be #1 choice for everyone who visit Bora Bora.

Best Snorkel Tour Ever

Shoutout to Captain Taaroa & Tarzan! Mauruuru roa for the amazing snorkel tour experience. It was something my wife and I will cherish for a lifetime. There was nothing but positive energy and care for our experience from both captains. They were humorous, relaxed, and taught us much about Bora Bora, it’s waters, and the culture. Snorkeling was outstanding - the highlight was outside of the barrier reef with the countless black fish and black tip sharks. It was truly magical. Not to mention the lunch was the absolute BEST food I’ve had here, and offered a very large variety. We can say much more, but once again, thank you for the maitai roa adventure and hope to come back soon!

A Special Tour You Shouldn’t Miss

It was a very special and memorable day on and in the water. We were picked up right at the St. Regis dock and our boat captain, Maui, was friendly, helpful and funny. Our first stop was a fairly shallow lagoon with lots of rays, sharks and a wide variety of fish. We were able to pet the rays and see how gentle they are. Our next stop was a much deeper spot where fins were needed. Here there were many sharks. The current was strong and the other boat captions that were in the water helped those who needed assistance. We then stopped at a gorgeous crystal clear lagoon where were were able to feed the fish and see amazing coral. The final stop was at a private beach for a lovely lunch where we ate at tables in the water. The water was clear and warm and great for swimming. Maui entertained us after lunch with numerous demonstrations of native crafts. The people on the boat were friendly and helpful. It was a great day touring Bora Bora.

Honestly, Great great experience. Our tour guide Taarao (forgive me for spelling) was great. Rained on and off all day during the full day tour but didn't make the experience any worse. Lunch at the end of the tour was fantastic enough to be worth the price alone. Sharks, Rays and Coral gardens were all beautiful and plentiful with fish.

Even though it was raining pretty hard for the first part of the trip, the guides made the day a blast and being able to snorkel with sharks, rays, and explore the coral gardens was a treat. The food also was top notch and delicious. Highly recommend.

Great snorkeling with black tip sharks, sting rays and many reef fish. Rays and fish swim by your table during lunch on a private motu. If I could only pick one excursion in Bora Bora I would do the full day lagoon tour with Lagoon Services. Bring water shoes for snorkeling in the coral garden (or wear fins).

Manu was OUTSTANDING! The excursion was sooooo much fun. My wife and I were the only ones who spoke English and Manu made everyone feel welcomed. Our fellow French Travelers were also awesome, and Manu made everyone come together and feel valued. He was absolutely awesome. My wife and I jumped in the water with the Stingrays and sharks, which we would never have done if it were not for Manu. Great experience, magnificent day and wonderful adventure.

Captain Roberto was very gracious and funny. We learned a lot while being entertained at the same time. The food during the lagoon service was very good. We ate at a lot of restaurants and feel this was some of the better food, especially the coconut pumpkin and the tuna salad were great. Can’t recommend this excursion enough. We saw plenty of sharks and stingrays during the tour and was everything promised and more. We were given information about the areas of the island we passed and any questions were answered knowledgeably, with a good dose of humor. Roberto also had a good voice when he sung.

Snorkeling with Sharks and Rays was great. Scenery was beautiful and lunch in the Tropical Garden was outstanding. The overall highlight was ARO, our guide. Kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable but most of all very funny and entertaining. Highly reccommend this exursion!

My wife and I had a great time on this tour. Roberto was our captain, and he was a lot of fun. Plus he was very knowledgeable about Bora-Bora and all of the wildlife that we saw. We saw plenty of sharks and rays at the first two stops, and then he took us to a beautiful coral garden. We could’ve stayed at that last one for a lot longer actually. It was truly beautiful looking at all the unique types of coral and all of the fish. We ended the day with a delicious lunch of local foods and fruits. We were seated at picnic tables in the water where small reef sharks and rays swam about. Then we learned how to weave with coconut fronds and open a coconut to get to the coconut water inside. We really just had a blast. Definitely do it if you get the chance.

Roberto was an awesome Captain and host for this tour! He knew our names, helped us pick the best snorkeling spots, and they accommodated my food allergies. He was nice and fun! He educated us and we got a lot of laughs. The lunch was tasty and it was so awesome getting to have a private island to hang out at. There was also a demo on hulking a coconut, and the different ways they are used. Loved every minute!

Maui....Wow!!! WE had the best time! Maui our boat Captain did such a great job! Our tour was fun, exciting we touched manta rays and swam with many fishes and sharks...had the best lunch on a tour! Thank you guys...This is a first class operation! They have a well designed ladder to get into and out of the boat...not like some other boats who have you climbing over the motor. The Motu picnic spot was picture perfect. We were on the boat with two young families and Maui was patient and kind and funny, made it fun for all of us! Maui, Ta'aroa and Cooker Man...thank you!

It’s hard to say what the most memorable parts were when the entire day was incredible. Snorkeling with the sharks and stingrays was amazing, and the coral garden was gorgeous. I especially loved the colorful clams! I had done research on tours in advance and knew this one would be awesome, which it was. One outstanding aspect of our trip that made it extra special was being with Manu, our guide. Manu was extremely knowledgeable, capable, warm, and kind. He always made sure that everyone was good and consistently checked to see if anything was needed. He held the stingrays and gave us tons of information about them and everything we would be experiencing. Manu played the ukelele, told us a lot about the old traditions, showed us the best ways to open a coconut and how to make a plate from leaves. Manu demonstrated a lot of heart for his family, friends, traditions, the land and sea, making a great impression on all of us. We were presented with an incredible and delicious spread for lunch, and we dined on picnic tables in the water, with little fish circling our legs. It was a fantastic day in every way, one we will never forget. I’ve already recommended this tour to several others. Thank you, Manu!

Exceptional wildlife and entertainment

My family and I, a whole 10 of us, had such a special and memorable experience. Roberto made us all feel welcome and made the effort to learn all of our names! We saw so many stingrays, sharks and an abundance of coral and fish. The tour guides took the effort to answer all of our questions. The lunch and show with singing and showing us how to husk coconuts was a great way to end our tour. We hope to be back soon.
