The food was excellent! Tour guide was very informative. Weather was perfect for all the walking we did.
    Food and Fun on Boston

Carol was fun and fabulous. We enjoyed hearing about the sites and tasting the local fare. The cannolis were out of this world and the lemon ice hit the spot-not to mention the store owners there were so friendly! We highly recommend this great tour.
    Standing food tour.

Good experience. The tour guide Kelly did a great job interjecting Boston history with a food tour. It was just enough. A couple of things made me give this a 4 star rating. First off, the address provided isn’t exactly correct. The are multiple 41 Union Street addresses. We went to the wrong on at first. The guide said this happens all the time. Luckily we had given ourselves plenty of time so we arrived to the correct place only a few minutes late. Another negative was that most of the time we stood and ate. The one time we sat in the restaurant it was wonderful. Standing and eating is just no way to enjoy the experience. Maybe one time is fine but we only sat one time in all of the experiences. Overall however I would say it was a good tour.
    Fun food and history tour
    Susan_B, Aug 2023
Sam was very knowledgeable and shared so much great history. All of the food stops were wonderful and he called ahead to make sure the food was ready so we didn’t have to wait around. We had a great time. The only suggestion we had was to find a better place to enjoy the lobster rolls as the little lot next to garbage cans was not very pleasant. But all in all, the four of us would highly recommend the tour.
Walking tour and so much more!!
    MaryCarmody, Aug 2023
When I was looking through the tours of Boston, I wanted something a little more than just a history tour, so we decided on this tour. It was a fun way to see the city while enjoying authentic snacking along the way. We had apple cider, apple donuts, popovers (Asiago flavor was delish), clam chowder, oysters, cornbread, baked beans, lobster roll, lemon ice, and the best cannoli I’ve had outside of Sicily. There is an adjunct of signature Sam Adams flavors only available in Boston, as well. The walk was not grueling, nor painstaking either. I highly recommend this tour to families with children and people want to take in some history and a little more.
    Great tour!

The food was great and the guide (Sam) was so knowledgeable. A perfect way to learn more about Boston
Good tour but eat the food the minute you get it
    Bill_H, July 2023
Tons of history while consuming some of Boston's delights. Our guide just needed a small speaker system or to speak louder. Everything was great other than the last stop where we carried our lobster rolls for 15 minutes to the Cannoli place. We then waited another 10-15 minutes for our guide to return with cannolis. No place to really sit and mostly in the sun. Our lobster rolls were soggy at this point. Union House was a really good meal! Still worth the money just suggest you eat the lobster roll upon receiving it. : )

Dear Bill_H, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and make us better. We work very hard to ensure all our guests receive only the highest quality, and we are happy to hear your positive thoughts about the tour. We always pick up the itinerary that suits them best, and to make all guests feel comfortable while eating the lobster rolls, we tried our best to find the most suitable for this place. We would like to hear more of your comments on what can be improved on the tour. Feel free to contact us at feedback@walks.org. We cannot wait to see you back! Best, Sasha
    Started great- ended weird
    Frances_N, July 2023
Started out amazing- very knowledgeable and the food was great but 2/3 in flaked out We were supposed to get ices but they were closed ( should have known that) then got a lobster roll that was put in a bag and we walked around with it for 45 minutes before getting to eat it on the side of the road-

Dear Frances_N, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We work very hard to ensure all our guests receive only the highest level of service, and we always check the itinerary first to be more than sure that the tour will bring the most worthy and spectacular emotions to all guests. We pick up establishments very carefully and cooperate only with highly professional local markets, historic restaurants, and other charming eateries in the city. We are obsessed with finding the most authentic and tasty food and the biggest characters at the local market. We are terribly sorry to hear that the food quality has been below your expectations. For the ultimate Boston Food Tour: Freedom Trail & North End, we offer 8+ delicious tastes across 6 small businesses in Boston: two New England apple products, clam chowder, Boston baked beans, oysters, lobster rolls, and cannoli. This tour doesn`t offer an ice stop. We would like to hear more of your comments on what can be improved on the tour. You can contact us at feedback@walks.org. I hope you had a great time in Boston. Best, Sasha
Fantastic way to see history and get great food!
    MistineN_S, July 2023
Our guide was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and welcoming. He answered all questions even duplicates with poise and was so interesting. The tour really encompasses a wide range of delicious food along with hitting great historical spots. The walk was easy and the food so delicious. Highly recommend both the pop overs and the crab cakes! There was also gluten free options at each food place.

Kelly really provided an exceptional tour. She really educated us on the great food and revolutionary history Boston is know for. It felt like we were in a Travel channel episode. Also the food was spectacular and highly recommend going on a empty stomach because you will be full.
