The boarding process is well organized and several staff welcomed us along the way. The boat itself has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options and a very well stocked bar with sandwiches and snacks. The weather wasn’t great so we sat inside. The boat is in need of refurbishment inside. The table we sat at was falling off the wall and the banquette seating was also loose. The decor is very dated and sad. The speaker system looks newer however there were times when it was difficult to hear the commentary over the background noise of people ordering at the bar etc. Overall the tour was fun, the commentary was very upbeat and engaging but I think it’s expensive.

We had a few hours before our flight on a Sunday so we booked this 1 hour harbor cruise. It was perfect! The narrator (Alan I believe) was fun and insightful. The weather was beautiful and the bartender (I cant remember her name) was so nice along with the rest of the crew. I would recommend it.

I did not have the option to select zero stars.The most memorable part was the service from your company and lack of access to the tickets I purchased. Your app was very user friendly when it came to taking my money from my account. The boat left without us because your tickets did not load properly to my phone. I was not given my money back. I was sent a voucher for a future trip. I was with my sisters who flew in from different areas of the country to see Pink the evening before. As a side note, I had zero issues downloading the app and tix for her concert. There is no option for “Who were you traveling with?” To include three professional adult siblings.
