  • Not recommended for travelers who cannot maintain a leisurely pace during an approximate 1 mile, 90 minute walking tour
  • GUESTS WHO CANNOT CLIMB STAIRS may use a separate entrance to the Granary Burial Ground.Some guests, such as those in a wheelchair, will need to depart from the tour momentarily and rejoin the group within the cemetery gates.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travellers

Connor, our guide, made this tour well worth the money we spent. He came prepared, his presentation was animated and spirited. Included, some unknown historical twists and turns! This was very food.

Great overview of Bostonian, and therefore American history. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. Just a small issue, some of the stories were a bit too detailed, so our tour extended to 2 hours instead of the promised 90 minutes. We had a challenging member of the tour who tried to dominate the guide’s attention, and the guide handled it very professionally, and never missed a beat.

We lucked out with the beautiful sunny day which made the walking tour very pleasant. Our tour guide, "Phyllis" stayed in character for the most part and shared many interesting facts and details along the trail. We enjoyed her humor and interaction with the group. We did notice that Phyllis had a negative attitude towards some of the revolutionary heros who were steriotypical white men who mistreated women, and particularly black women. A little less of her personal viewpoints in that regard would have been preferrable. Overall a great afternoon!

Terrific way to efficiently see the Freedom Trail and learn some history. The visit to Granary Burial Ground alone was worth the price of the ticket. Our guide, Captain Pickles, was fabulous and so enthusiastic.

I was amazed at how much history lies on the freedom trail. I thought it was clever to continue the trail with the red bricks. Throughout the city. Conner was great! He recommended going to hotel and eating at Parker house restaurant for Boston cream pie so delicious!

A tip is supposed to be a tip and should be accepted by the people who ask to get tipped. Our tour lady denied to receive a five dollar Canadian bill saying that it would cost her more money to exchange it to her bank. That was really poor judgment of someone who should no better. My advise: If you ask for a tip, accept what people give you without making them feel bad for their gesture. That's all we had and you were rude.

Very sorry for this I will talk with the guide about this no one is required to tip a guide, as a company we do not factor tipping into the guides pay etc. We see that the guide gave a great tour, or you wouldnt have tipped at all
