Gabby, our tour guide was excellent. We had one of our party that needed extra time in walking and she did not rush the tour. She was very personal and provided us with lots of history and fun facts. Plus the donuts were phenomenal. Even though it rained, great tour!!

I would highly recommend the Underground Donut Tour! Not only did we learn about the history of donuts in Boston, we also learned of Boston history in general! Sabrina, the guide was excellent. She was full of knowledge and had a great sense of humor. We all got full with some very delicious donuts. The free drink options were a plus!

Loved this tour! We tried a total of 6 donuts between my daughter + I. We loved our tour guide Sabrina. My daughter thought she was so cool! It’s great that there is boston site seeing with facts along the way! There were several breaks which was great with a young child.

Tour is "ok" - but not great...

This venture needs to be renamed. It starts with at a donut shop - then there aren't any donuts again until the very end of the tour. As is, the title is great marketing ("Underground" sounds so cool), but there's little substance to the tour. The historic part is great, but it has nothing to do with donuts. In fact, there was very little information shared about the history of each donut shop, their stories, why they were selected to be a part of the tour, etc (and we didn't even get to go into the donut shops!). My hub and I LOVE "food tours," and we book these through Viator. This one, though, just wasn't up to par. We had to eat (standing) outside at the first stop, then the stop where we were to watch donuts being made was little more than a 'showpiece machine' set up as a prop, etc. All in all, this tour is ok...just not great. We enjoyed the donuts, but we wouldn't do this tour again without them doing a major upgrade to make it more special and worthy.
