I wish to extend my sincerest apologies for your flight cancellation due to weather.
As you can imagine, with everything in regards to aviation, bad weather can have a massive effect on the safety and security of our passengers whilst they are onboard our aircraft.
With regards to us cancelling and issuing a flight credit 1 hour before your flight, this is due to how variable weather can be on certain days, and we prefer to see what the weather is really doing before cancelling on customers and preventing their flight from going ahead - which quite often people plan months in advance! sometimes we are able to just delay your flight for a few minutes, other times we have to make the unfortunate decision to post-pone your flight.
