My family and I really enjoyed making chocolate with my sister in Brugge! It was her first time in Belgium and she LOVED it. The chocolate was delicious and we now have memories that will last a lifetime.

We loved making our own chocolate lollies and decorating them. The demonstrator Louisa was lovely and knowledgeable and helpful.

Great activity for younger kids and families

My husband and younger children had a very enjoyable time with the chocolatier and workshop. There wasn’t much instruction but their fee included the museum entry which was filled with tons of facts and information. The demo at the end of the tour was amazing and everyone loved all the chocolate (of course).

What a great experience. Went with my 5 year old son and my in-laws and we all had a great time. Museum was amazing with tons of interactive stations and lots of information. Chocolate making was a fantastic time.

Réservation en francais mais il faut comprendre l anglais

Atelier sympa mais réservation en francais le chocolatier fait la présentation en anglais et nous anonce que tout le monde doit s avoir parlé anglais pas cool et pas très aimable on pas beaucoup de temps pour la demo on verra après pour le francais 2 ème expérience très moyenne par rapport à notre première visite

Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez eu une expérience moins que satisfaisante lors de votre visite à notre musée. Malheureusement, tous nos chocolatiers ne parlent pas français. Étant donné que nos visiteurs sont de plusieurs nationalités, il est plus facile de donner toutes les explications en anglais. Ainsi, les gens ont également plus de temps pour s'initier au chocolat eux-mêmes sans que l'explication soit répétée dans 3 langues différentes. Nous verrons comment nous pouvons améliorer cela.
