Quinten was a great tour guide,and talked us through what beers we were trying, as well as the history of beer making and Belgium, we especially learnt alot about the abbeys and trappist beers, which was really interesting. Had a great night, and would definitely recommend this trip!

So fun! Mat, the guide, took us to two different bars: a touristic one and a local hidden one. We got the whole story of the place, and the relationship between Belgium and beer. We tasted a range of different beers, super interesting.

Our tour guide Fraser was fantastic with a huge knowledge of Belgian Beer. I'd 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Belgium. It lasted about 2.5hr and we visited 2 bars and had 1 full beer and 3 tasting beers. With the high alcohol content it was well paced and fraser did a great job of making everyone on the tour feel welcome and like one group of friends.

Tom did a GREAT job. Very funny and very knowledgeable; I recommend for your Beer Tour. We started at Scott's pub where I had a bottle of Westmalle Trappist Lager and then walked a couple of blocks to a smaller pub where we sampled Blanche de Namur and Timmermans Lambic & Stout plus another that I failed to take a picture of. A splendid time was had by all!

The tour was quite good. We learned the history of the Trappist beer (which is quite strong and delicious), had one bottle of Trappist beer and three samples, visited two local bars, and overall had a very good time. What could’ve been better is if our guide Quentin was better at delivering the stories related to the beers. At times he was all over the place and sharing info that was unrelated or didn’t add to the story. It made it feel a little tedious at points. That said he did a great job engaging the group and fostering communication.

Overall, my entire family loved the beer tour. Tom was very informative as well as entertaining during the entire 3 hours - he knew a multitude about all different kinds of Belgian beers and was great at weaving European history into the overall tour as well. The 2 cons of the tour were 1. we arrived 15 minutes early and waited for 10 minutes past the tour start time and no one showed up at the meeting spot. Finally, a bartender from inside came and got the remaining of us since the tour had started 20 minutes early. 2. I read reviews that the tours were around 12-15 people, this tour was 24 people which was a little too much for me as I wanted a more intimate tour. In the future, I would recommend to the tour company to get 2 guides and split up the groups. Tom did an amazing job navigating all questions for the larger group but overall, I think dividing the group in half would've been a lot better.
