Brussels Private tour

Our tour guides picked us (and later informed that the waiting time at the airport since it took our luggage a bit to arrive was also part of the tour hence it was not a truely half day 4 hour touring session but rather a 4 hour for the driver and guide and 3.25 hour tour for us) We quickly went and saw all the areas with minimal stopping and very strict rules as to where we could take photos from. we ended up at the look out area from where you can see alot of BRussels. This is where our trouble began. We got out and as i was taking photos, 2 men walked by laughing at us. Immediately after this, we were splattered with what we thought was bird poop. However this bird had to be massive with a massive gut, beacuse it got 4 people. Immediately our tour guide got mad and stated this was the second time it had happened and she left. A oriental couple that was there, happened to have wipes and started wiping us down and offered to the tour guide as she was leaving who said no. I had poo all over my hair and coat as did my husband. We never saw a bird or any birds flying. As we proceeded to wipe, the husband and wife team also started helping. In the chaos, one of them pick pocketed us and only removed the monies, replacing the wallet carefully so we would not notice. we wiped off and got to our destination when we realized we ahd been pickpocketed. Our tour guide abadoned us and frankly probably knew what was going on, but did not warn us. Not inly that, she left us. She was fine the rest of the trip despite having poo on her face. As we realized later, she was probably in on the gig. I will bring people there, try not to spray me with this green goo, and only get them, and we will split the monies. The fact that despite her instructions, she was sprayed on, made her mad. I do not recommend this guide and further more, she is in on the gig of pick pocketing despite the wallet being in the front pocket. WORSE tour ever and i have used Viator before. I would not recommend this lady ever.

Chère Madame, L'intégralité de votre commentaire est mensonger. Vous devriez savoir que les accusations mensongères et la diffamation sont punissables par la loi dans notre pays. Vous êtes venue avec un retard de 40 minutes et sans aucune excuse de votre part. Notre équipe ( chauffeur +Guide certifié 15 experience un des meilleurs Guide de Belgique) vous ont accueillis avec courtoisie et le tour a démarré avec beaucoup de retard. Pendant toute la durée de la visite, vous avez montré un désintérêt total pour la culture et l'histoire belge et vous n'avez pas arrêté de vous moquer de notre culture. La seule chose qui semblait vous intéresser étaient les bars, la bière et où faire la fête. (À chaque fois le chauffeur a dû s'arrêter et interrompre le guide pour que vous preniez des bières ce que a été tres frustrant pour notre équipe). Nous pensons que vous vous êtes trompés de tour et nous vous recommandons de prendre le tour partyBus lors de votre prochain séjour car c'est ce qui conviendra à vos intérêts . Malgré votre attitude qui ne serait acceptable par aucun tour opérateur, notre équipe a géré la situation et a continué le service avec professionnalisme. Jusqu'au moment où vous et le guide ont été salis par des fiantes de mouettes. À ce propos : Pensez-vous sérieusement qu'il soit possible qu'une personne conspire avec les mouettes pour qu'au moment où elles déféquent sur vous, des pickpockets viennent vous faire les poches et avoir le temps de trier ce qu'ils voulaient dans votre portefeuille pour ensuite le remettre en place alors que votre guide, celle là même que vous accusez est allée prendre des essuie-tout dans la voiture tellement elle avait été salie et se trouvait à quelques mètres de vous et vous y attendait, sans jamais vous avoir abandonnés comme vous le prétendez? Pensez-vous sérieusement que des personnes qui travaillent honnêtement et qui paient des impôts dans un pays civilisé aient besoin d'attirer des touristes pour leur faire des choses qui sortent tout droit de votre imagination? Pensez-vous sérieusement que si ces accusations étaient fondées il vous aurait fallu trois semaines pour réagir et venir écrire un commentaire totalement dénué d'intérêt et mensonger ?
